    Template propaganda!

Dmitry Bykov in the "One" program on August 20, 2021:

The second group discusses the film "Solntsepyok". Well, brothers, you see, I'm not a fan of delving into known substances. This film actually carries one message, and that is why it is advertised so widely - wherever you open it, you run into its blatant advertising. This movie is very bad. It shows: we can do anything.

We can show such an absolutely monstrous fake on the federal television channel. Not even fake. Fake is a term used where, as Pasternak said, "three parts of truth are attached to both parts of a lie." There is a total falsehood here, a total lie. This is not fake - this is such a triumph of the genre. Why was this done? With a very specific goal: we can do anything. That is, we will never give in, and you didn't do anything to us - we have finally arrived.

This is such a triumph for punks on all floors. A reverse triumph with the assistance, oddly enough, of intelligence. After all, a certain number of people who were filmed there were professionals after all. They were taught something. There is some kind of operator, there is some kind of sound engineer. There was probably a script editor. That is, at least people of intelligent professions. How they relate to intelligence is a separate question.

As for Kravchenko or Ilyin, serious actors who starred in this, I say again: it is impossible to spoil an obituary in Russia. You will be remembered for your professional achievements, for your best videos, and not at all for your diversity (in this case, complicity) in some obvious abominations. It will be forgotten. Russia in general is a country that loves professionals and does not like moral reflections. So let's all congratulate each other. You, gentlemen, have not changed anything in your professional career. In addition, artists are never required to, so to speak, be particularly selective when choosing videos.

This is an understanding, a statement: we are not hiding anything. It doesn't cost us anything to mention Wagner's works, and we don't hide "Ride of the Valkyrie." We are proud. We came. We put our foot on your head. Moreover: if necessary, we, your children, will talk about corners like this.

Well, we, in fact, had no doubt - we knew who we were dealing with. We have not the slightest illusion about this publication. We also know what history will do with them. Therefore, as you understand, this is an episode that once again proves the complete lawlessness of our conflicts.

Why should we stop them from exposing themselves? Instead, let them copy the arguments for their own time. This is being fulfilled both on earth and in heaven. And to disassemble, talking about this in detail, in general, giving this some place in your pocket is uneconomical.

You see, there is only one life. I will not say that it is short - there is a lot taken into account, and many people plan to do a lot. But still, we don't expect to save our lives like this, like this, like this. Know that sometimes looking at tarantulas in a jar or when you go to the zoo is useful. I don't want to offend animals from behind, animals don't appear. But at the same time, thinking about it and doing it for some time in your life - sorry, no.

Well, I want to congratulate Ilyin and Kravchenko: they did something memorable. This is what one very good writer once said to one very bad one: "Old man, you made a memorable, memorable thing." This is a serious compliment. I don't think it will go down in the annals, but those who saw it will remember it. You must be able to be remembered - this is an essential virtue for an actor.

    Ps: Google translate.

    Ukrainians have underestimated the rating

It is extremely rare in life for men to cry. And if something like this happens, it is hidden from everyone. I would not advise anyone to see a sobbing man in reality.

In this strong, very realistic, heavy film with tough episodes, you will see this. Especially sensitive people should refrain from watching it.

High-quality films about the events in the LPR in the spring and summer of 2014. It is reliably shown who and why is fighting on both sides, who controls the Ukrainian soldiers and how and why there are constant shelling of civilians.

A difficult and topical military drama about the events in Lugansk in the spring and summer of 2014. The shelling of peaceful cities, torture and mockery of civilians are shown very realistically. Strong plot and powerful acting.

The film is recommended for viewers with a stable psyche. The film is not easy, but it is necessary to watch it in order to know about the crimes of the Nazis. It remains to be hoped that Russia will do everything to end these atrocities forever.

    Great movie

I am only surprised that it did not fall under the "cancel culture", because it is telling the story from the Eastern Ukrainian side who suffered under Ukrainian army attacks. This side of the story is rarely told in western news and almost never covered.

I understand that that this review would most likely draw negative thumbs, but it is very sad that the general western people are only aware of a one sided account of this war. Those who consult the internet may have had the opportunity to see both sides, but the majority still do not understand that this conflict is not black and white. No western news ever covered how eastern Ukrainians suffered under the Ukrainian army.
