All characters have done their best. One reviewer is there who rated this show 1 star by just watching 2 episodes as it has too much abusive language, he was expecting to learn some yoga skills in a gangster series.

Good story telling, must watch,, want second season.

This is an absolute mediocre and average show. Some people giving it 9 or out of 10 shows the mediocrity and lack of good taste of Indian audience.

Cartel follows the story of five familygang rivalry. Here are the positives and negatives: Acting:acting is top notch here. Jitendra joshi, supriya pathak, subhrajyoti barat, anil george etc hv given epic performances. But the show goes to rhitvick dhanjani. He has shown a range of acting here. Hothead, aggressive, vulnerable everything is so perfect. The cast has done a stellar job.

Screenplay and script:the writing is superb. Detailed writing and tight screenplay. The screenplay is engaging enough to keep u hooked till last.

Bgm:the bgm is good but irritable. There so many sequences that required silence but there was an overuse of bgm. Specially the middle episodes hv loud music which is irritating.

Family dynamics: this show does this job wonderfully. The family dynamics is well written and portrayed. There r certain sequences which r beautifully done.

Humour:there r many sequences of humour but those r hits and misses. Only jitendra joshi shines in the comic scenes. Others fail miserably. Overuse of bgm killed it too.

Camerawork:the the camerawork is superb. Specially there is one onetake action sequence which is well choreographed and shot.

Cinematography: the cinematography is commendable too. The wide range shots, close up shots work really well.

Length:it is a lengthy show .could hv avoided some subplots.

Overall it is easily one of the best altbalaji shows. I rate it 8 out of 10.
