It's fun to watch if you are up for a B movie with B movie acting, B movie direction, and B movie budgets. I was in that mood and it was enjoyable. However, by reading the other reviews you would think this is a world class piece of cinema...it is not and if you are expecting that you will be sorely disappointed.
It's very strange how the main character and supporting characters are rarely filmed in frame together. You get the shoulder or arm while the other is talking. It's almost as if the movie was edited together at the end with the actors doing all independent dialogue. With that said, this is not a bad B Movie.

Loved Andrew Roth in this movie. Just the right amount of cheesiness, amount of humor & amount of gore. Usually they add way too much gore & it ruins the story but not in this one. Love that it's a ghost-comedy.
As for Mr. Roth? He nails the part of the sleezy salesman guy. His performance makes him believable & he is able to add the perfect amount of humor. All the characters were fun & quirky. Sure, it's not some big blockbuster. But it's not supposed to be. Its fun & everyone needs some fun in their lives. Love it! Hope to see Andrew Roth in more horror-comedies in the future. Worth watching for sure! Enjoy. :-)

If this is B budget movie; more power to the "B"!
I laughed so much at the sarcasm and acting! Well thought out movie and special effects were pretty darn good!
I would watch this again! Scary, hilarious, tearful; when he loses his love, life, and feels the guilt of murder.
For a movie with darn good acting from unknowns, at least not that I know, I really enjoyed the way the scenes played out.
For the negative reviews, hey we all have an opinion. We enjoyed this movie and for a new movie post Covid it makes me look forward to more to come.
The young actress playing the medium brings me the hilarious sarcasm I haven't seen since the movie "Elf". Bravo, Bravo "Play it again, Sam"

I ended up really enjoying this movie.
After some of the more negative reviews I'm surprised. I thought this would be the kind of movie I play in the background while I draw but kept stopping and watching. And still drawing here and there. Actually had some real out loud giggles!
I think I would categorize this more as a comedy. Light entertainment with not too much thinking. All the actors were pretty good. Especially the lead. I'm gonna check out what else he is in.

"For Sale is a delightful blend of fine acting, witty humour and just the right amount of scares. From the start, the story grabs your attention with its intriguing premise and quirky characters, setting the stage for a wild ride of laughs and scares.
The main character's shady business ethics add a layer of hilarity to the narrative, as we watch him navigate a series of dubious deals with a charmingly cavalier attitude. However, when one particularly nefarious business deal backfires, the consequences are swift and severe. The main character's downfall sets off a chain of events that sends him spiralling down a slippery slope, losing not only his girlfriend but also his sense of security and belonging.
As the story unfolds, disbelief in ghosts becomes a central theme, leading to a series of creepy encounters expertly balanced with humour. The scares are moderate but effective, and serve as a perfect complement to the comedic elements of the plot.
While there is a slight lull in the middle of the film, where the pacing momentarily drops, it quickly picks up again and keeps the viewer engaged until the very end. The performances are top-notch, with the cast delivering their lines with impeccable timing and wit.
Overall, For Sale is a film well worth your time. It offers a refreshing blend of humour and horror, with enough twists and turns to keep you entertained from start to finish. So grab your popcorn, dim the lights and prepare for a thoroughly enjoyable viewing experience.
