Helen Will Rescue Herself And Save The Payroll, but the Men Can Help

Helen has to pull a gun on the uppity ethnic stereotypes who are giving their straw boss a hard time. In revenge, they lock her in the train's cattle car and try to rob the payroll train. How foolish of them!

This was a long-running serial, released weekly over three years, more than a hundred episodes and two Helens. This is a nice episode, although Helen trying to grab a revolver using her scarf looks a bit odd, At least she has to work at it, and at aiming exactly, unlike so many moving cowboys who can shoot a hidden gunman from a moving horse with a handgun.

Hoot Gibson seems to be playing the stereotyped Italian villain instead of the stereotyped Mexican villain.
