To find these on their web side you must follow their "do you need help" signs until you see a rectangle labeled "Technical"

To save you the trouble here is what is required :

"Computer and mobile web

While the video is playing, click the speech bubble icon in the top right corner of the video player. To turn on closed captions, click an option under the "Subtitles" section.

To format closed captions, click an option under the "Subtitles" section, then click "Subtitle Settings" to set features such as font style and size.

To turn on audio descriptions, click an option under the "Audio" category. To turn either feature off, just click the option again"
