Bi Hameh Chiz

A beautiful film directed by Mohsen Qaraei, an adaptation of the play " The Visit " by "Friedrich Dürrenmatt" The wonderful mezzanine, the wonderful actors and the localized script in this film are very pleasant

This film is wonderful. It is a great adaptation. It is not perfect, but it is a step forward in Iranian filmmaking, and in my opinion, it is one of the top ten films in Iranian history.

It feels like an alternative version of Dogville, a film that was truly a masterpiece. Many scenes in this one reminded me of that movie, though it presents something quite different, deeply rooted in Iranian culture and its traditional mindset.

Yet, it evokes the same feelings Dogville stirred in me: how people can change in an instant when driven by their own self-interest. How money and power reveal people's true nature, pushing them to lie, murder, and justify their actions in irrational ways.

This is how the world has always worked, how it still works, and how most people, probably 99.9% operate. It's nothing new, yet being reminded of this through such impactful films is always thought-provoking.

In the end, people often forget kindness, or worse, they pretend it never existed when it serves their purposes.

"Without Anything" or better to say "unprincipled" is All about manUnkind and its decisions in situations that it's important to choose between their benefits or justice for another person. It's show us how people make a person Zero from Hero.

"Without Anything" It's real and still happening wherever that men is struggling with It's conscience.

To sum up All the things in this movie, such as acts, scenario, photography and soundtrack are in its right place and I think it's the best Iranian movie of 2021. But better name this movie "The Visit" as Friedrich Dürrenmatt's play is.

"Bi Hame Chiz" falls short of its potential, leaving viewers with a sense of mild disappointment. While the film attempts to explore complex themes, its execution lacks the depth needed to truly engage audiences. The plot meanders without clear direction, resulting in a somewhat disjointed narrative that struggles to maintain momentum. Characters, though present, feel underdeveloped, making it difficult for viewers to fully invest in their stories. Despite moments of visual beauty, the cinematography fails to elevate the overall viewing experience. While "Bi Hame Chiz" may hold fleeting moments of intrigue, it ultimately fails to leave a lasting impact, making it a forgettable addition to the cinematic landscape.
