I really liked the idea and enjoyed the movie the first hour. But the ending was so bad that I wondered if they even had finished the manuscript or just came up with some weird ideas while being drunk. Shame for ruining such a fun idea and what could have been a great movie.

The first half of the movie was promising and kept you interested with relatively funny political and society-based jokes. But henceforward the movie gradually became less interesting with its romanticized ending, a few plain and weird scenes and various logical flaws.

The lead role seemed a bit too silly while there were not any witty or somewhat sound characters in the movie which made it all seem like a bad parody of the Swedish society in whole, especially upperclass society.

The movie had some famous Swedish actors that did reasonable acting but it mostly felt as if they were included only because of their industry names to gain more recognition for the movie. They did not really play important roles.

In conclusion the movie had a lot of potential and could have been more focused on the Swedish immigrants exclusion and their will to be accepted by the Swedish society which would have contributed to the movie's importance and meaning. The movie did seem rather pointless beside from its social and political question formulations.

Quite funny. For swedish People! Watchable on a rainy sunday.

He's got the hot fiancee but that comes with the soon to be mother in law nightmare.

Storyline is very good and casting is excellent !

The actor playing the main character captures well the challenges that migrants face in trying to be accepted as Swedish. This is achieved without lecturing the viewers and using funny developments in the storyline.

Great to see how he has to call on his eccentric friend from his native country to help him sorting out his romantic and financial dilemmas.

The Swedish fiancee has her own challenges with a sexist work culture.

Quite an enjoyable movie.

Like most of the comedys that Sweden has produced during the last ten years, this is a bummer.

The story itself is to lame. The "I found money and I dont know what to do with it" genre is overplayed. The acting with this bad story makes it even worse (even though Agnes made some great roles).

It's a "meh"

The movie had potential with fresh tempo and promising story development. But after an hour, the movie shifts completely to borderline stupidity and forgets all sense of logic. The direction it takes does enough damage for you to seriously think about turning the movie off.

Absolutely madness from the script writer, and the production company, to actually decide that they wanted to go down that route.

It went from a promising story to a complete train wreck. Such a shame. And as a Swede, I feel embarrassed.

If you want to waste one and a half hours on a movie that is just total rubbish, then go ahead and see it. But be aware that the story is totally stereotypical, unrealistic, unhumoristic, badly cast and full of plot holes. For instance, the lead character takes classes in Swedish to sound like an upper class guy, yet still manages to sound like an immigrant from the suburbs of Stockholm. He puts on blue colored contact lenses, as if that would change his entire appearance by magic. He (and lot of the other actors) do not give any kind of depth to the characters, they just fall flat. And the biggest plot hole is that he is not aware of the bills exchange (which Sweden did back in 2016) until there is only two weeks left, even though there were massive information campaigns about it in every media, in stores, banks, billboards... Well, everywhere, starting about six months prior to the actual exchange. But this guy must have been both deaf and blind to that fact...

All of you who write that the movie sucks clearly didn't get it. Its Really funny and relatable for people that feel like the main character does.

I do think that you have to be from Sweden or understand swedish to appreciate the movie.

Probably the worst Swedish movie I've ever seen, horrible script and so so actors. There are huge holes in the script, the writers cannot have done any research when they were writing! Aweful, just aweful.

I have wanted to see this for awhile and it recently got out on Netflix.

This was actully pretty funny sometimes and very lame sometimes. The plot is pretty good and includes typical Swedish humor and wicked situations.

However it includes alot of political correctness and that makes it a bit boring sometimes. But otherwise is is successful with its mission of being funny and a wicked entertaining thriller.

The manuscript is however extremely bad and not realistic at all i think. Acting also fails sometimes.

Its a film thats very easy to watch and something i would recommend watching on a rainy Sunday. Not good, not bad.

I'd say the idea is funny and relatable. The narrating voice is fast paced thus keeping you to the story at all times. The narrating becomes a little over the top at times. The comedy is great fun if you understand the jokes pointed att Swedish norms and society. Especially if you know imigrants in here youreself.

Altough this, the whole production lacks seriousness it works at times. The acting is not good but bearable. It makes a good late night laugh. But this movie probably suit Swedes better, Sweden living abroad for years will probably not get the humour neither as foreigners.

Not even someone who is a second generation immigrant in Sweden, like myself and the main character of the film, was enjoying this.

Maybe it's fun for some people but the story was poorly written and all the typical "awkward" situations that were supposed to be funny, just wasn't funny. It was really cringe to watch and it was too predictable. Felt like a real cheesy, cringe comedy from early 2000s.

Funny movie that depict the swedish politic climate and also makes fun of both native swedish people "svennebananer" and swedish immigrants/second immigrant generation in a tasteful way. I totally love when the mother make a comment spot on for the stereotypic upper class in stockholm first time she appears in the movie. A masterpiece.

The genre is comedy but I never laughed. Many famous actors and talented comedians, and its frustrating that the director has managed them all, to overact.

As a person with some connection to Sweden I find this movie very funny and entertaining. Totally recommend it! Also without any ties to Sweden one would enjoy it.

It is a fun movie that is easy to follow. I recommend it :) It contains a big assembly of Swedish actors and actresses that play their part really great.

I don't understand why swedish people always underestimate their own movies especially Comedy.

The main character guy's timing was absolutely on spot and he was a fresh face so I am happy to see some changes in Swedish film industry.

Loved the whole story and made me laugh all along. Obviously, it's not a perfect movie and has lots of holes but it makes you feel good. You can see the whole background that it has some real story behind it and many can relate to it.

They could have made the ending much better and some unaccepted twist can make things more spicy but it's just fine.

Overall, great movie to spend a nice long weekend.

I really liked this movie because it was fun and silly. This is a comedy; it doesn't have to be 'logical.' The acting was good, and I had a great time watching it. It also touched on some real issues that many in Sweden can relate to, such as the identity crisis that some second-generation immigrants-especially those from the Middle East-often face, as well as the 'boys' club' phenomenon in the workplace. It handled these topics in a fun, lighthearted way, so it wasn't too preachy. Overall, I really enjoyed watching it.

Don't listen to the haters-this movie was a fun comedy! Watch and judge for yourself.
