Avis à la une
A stranger comes into town, is beaten up for being a stranger coming into town, is arrested, escapes, murders in cold blood the man responsible for the accidental(!) overdose of his drugged out daughter, and is pursued for that murder. Oh, plus the government water deal is now in jeopardy for some reason, despite being entirely unrelated to anything going on and the viewer not knowing enough about the deal to care one way or the other.
Lots of people speak. Lots of people die. Lots of the audience snores.
Three stars for decent acting all around. Richard Dreyfuss appears. I can only imagine he's repaying a debt or is related to one of the D-listers onscreen. No stars for the "good guy" being at least as despicable as the "bad guys", leaving us no one to care about. Three stars.

Made for an opportunistic wish to make some more money on the consept and to give the super scooper grand old man richard dreyfusss some butter on his breadslice. Its a story about rambling rose thats on a high and on the run, and her fathers search for her, scouting out her last known location to save her. But the wild west city of nooneathoma is run by the sheriff and his family, where the douped out son seems to be the breastfondeling hudlum that sits on his daughter. He is incarcerated, the father, but he is a trained killer like rambo, and only one man in the world may help before ''every last one of them'' is dead, namely richy rich
this is b-film just bordering the c-film quality, it works on 2x ffwd, if it doesnt then, just leave the hairy soup of daftness. The screenplay and plot are so off from another and the cast looks very low on inspiration. Also the filmcrew forgot the shoulder straps of the camera backpack with triangulation problems and drunken configuration of the camerahandling, and the only steady shoots are from a selfreflecting drone.
No stay away from this wannamake money on a dollar movie, its just another brick on the wall of dreysusses castleprisondungeon. A no recommend from the grumpy old man.

Towards the ending, Michael Madsen's character (the only decent actor in this slop) says "this world is a cruel and unforgiving place." It sure is when movies like this are being made.
Aside from the horrible writing - riddled with plot and technical issues and sloppy dialogue, the directing was terrible, especially the choppy action scenes. But most annoying, were the washed out colors and 80's slow-mo scenes. Never mind this being a B film, it felt more like a 5th grade drama class production.
Paul Sloan seemed to have trouble staying awake for most part of the film, and I can't figure out if Richard Dreyfuss was drunk, and/or on some bad meds. Clearly he was in this only for the paycheck.
The only decent qualities this film had going for it, was the well-paced 82 min runtime, and the score, which is usually loud, overbearing and unfitting - typical in B films.
This mess is a huge pass, and a generous 3/10 from me.

Sorry to the crew and producers but also no sorry. In that, from experience, these sort of movies amount to a waste of one's time amounting to the duration of the movie. With a 3.8/10 rating, the usual features are: lengthy unnecessary conversations, redundant scenes, action scenes lacking common sense and a very predictable plot. My advice, watch at ur own peril. Thanks.
When I started the movie and saw the red Sagan logo I said uh-oh. Then I saw Michael Madison's name and I knew it was over. The movie begins in a strangely color filtered strip club. It's so washed out that the blue tinge is the only thing keeping it from being black and white.
The strippers were low budget as well with one having a rump so large and jiggly that even a club in the ATL would have trouble containing it. Also Karen is in this(the actress formerly known as Tayra Manning), looking very much like a Karen.
