It was quite fun to watch and reminds me old hongkong films

Now Idk what it was with this movie that gave me a thrill perhaps that I was jet-lagged helped too.

Anyways I really enjoyed this movie as it shows a Hong Kong prison being pretty brutal but taking a comedic turn and starting their plan. In their planning, the movie mixes in Oceans Eleven type of style with an old Hong Kong movie which felt pretty fresh. I gotta say tho the ending being a bit more serious was ok but not as great as the rest of the movie.

Brakeout Brothers

Hong Kong prison break drama which is trying to be many things but it goes half way through everything. Watchable but with bad acting and somehow unnaturally forced dialogues.

I guess, it is not very often we can see the Hong Kong prison system on a big screen, so if you have any interests like that, maybe you will like it. I didn't really enjoy it!

I enjoyed it but it wont enter my fav list.

This one lacked the meticulous planning, the hard work, the tension, the camaraderie n most imp the ruthless warden.

Also some scenes are unnecessarily shown repeatedly.

My personal fav prison escape movies are : A Man Escaped, Le Trou, The Great Escape, Brute Force, The Escapist, Escape from Alcatraz, Escape from Pretoria, McQueen's Papillon, Von Ryan's Express, Escape from Sobibor n Cool Hand Luke.

I don't consider Silence of the Lambs n Shawshank Redemption as prison escape movies cos they are more than just that.

I dont even consider Stallone's Escape Plan to be a prison escape movie.
