Food was good. Music wasn't.

The naively choreographed dance sequences backed by absurd lyrics impedes the progress of a sincerely written screenplay. Also, why was Anindita Bose's Vania cut short? She's the only character in the film who made some sense. I wished to see more of her. She's underused. Anjan Dutt is a madman. Still Saheber Cutlet is a better watch than all other Durga Puja releases this year. Having said that, I still think there's a lot of room for improvement. Solaris, are you listening to the audience?

Had potential

Nice story but unfortunately dragged a lot. Easily could have chopped off 15-20 mins. Also its a "food" movie but doesn't have much of food in it. Also Arjun's acting seemed too loud and always irritated. Sritama was refreshing to watch. Suprobhat, Ambarish and Kanchan did justice to their roles along with Annindita and Anjan Dutt in a small role. Songs are kinda absurd and cant really say I enjoyed them (except the first one by Anjan Dutt).

LOVED It. A Heart - Warming FUN FILM.

First of all this is the first Anjan Dutt directed film I watched except Byomkesh's and I loved it. Every moment shines very well. A smile was always there throughout watching the film. The last twist didn't work for me BTW.

No doubt BGM & songs are too good. Lyrics are fully enjoying. Entire cast is full of brilliant actors and every character is lovable. I loved Ambarish and Sritama the most.

Overall it's a Heart - Warming FUN FILM.
