High school student Kyouko Hori develops a relationship with the quiet kid from her class Miyamaru after he walks her younger brother home. Miyamura is, however, not as he first seemed and many of Hori's first impressions of him are wrong.

Kyoko's mother showed up, asking about Izumi. Kyoko realized that she does not know Miyamura first name, so she starts to investigate about it. Kyoko also get involved in a complicated situation with the student council.

Izumi is carrying a nickname from the past that leaves him uncertain about all these new friendships. At the same time some questions about Hori and Miyamura's relationship start to being asked. This brings some trouble to them.

The student council room becomes a cool hangout. Hori tries to get Miyamura flustered. An old friend brings out a new side of Miyamura. Later, when Hori gets sick, Miyamura comes to her rescue.

Kyoko does not know how to face Izumi after his love declaration. But she'll have to do it, sooner or later. The moment arrives and the way everything go is never like someone expects it.

Miyamura ends up staying the night at Hori's. Someone sees them going out from the same house and so rumors start spreading around school. It's a difficult situation and Izumi reacts in an expected way.

Toru starting to get some attentions from someone that he isn't aware of. Yuki appears to keep a lot of things hidden inside her. Miyamura goes on a trip for some days forgetting something important.

How the most famous couple in the school was formed and how maybe a new one will form.

Hori makes two little pigtails at Izumi. Some girls say he is cute and this upsets Hori. Not for jealousy or similar, but because they see Izumi only when he has his hair cute.

While coming back home, Miyamura meets two of his old classmates: Makio Tanihara and Aoi Kitahara. They used to mock him and they still do. Luckily now he is with Hori who makes them shut up. Izumi is very glad for it and he is very lucky to have someone like Kyoko at his side.

Shindo meets with Tanihara and they talk about Hori, since Tanihara has bruises on his face.

Hori keeps wanted to be treated wild from Izumi, but it's very hard for him. The couple goes at a combini store. Izumi waits out Hori and when she came out she sees the bad guys again, Tanihara and Kitahara. They are frightened by her presence. They also see Miyamura slaps Hori's face and then pulls her while they walk. Now they are frightened more by Miyamura, since he seems to be a more bad guy than Hori. Tanihara is really jealous for this. Hori is really happy for all of this.

When at Hori's Izumi seeks advice from Hori's father, he is really worried about this behavior of Kyoko.

Toru knows a guy, Taiki Mizouchi, but he is ignored by him. It seems Taiki has a crush on Hori too, so if there is Izumi around he won't talk. Izumi can't find his phone, so he goes back to the room where he had the last lecture. There he finds Taiki. Taiki kindly offers to call him in order to locate the phone and they find out that Miyamura had his phone in his pocket. Two seconds later Izumi drops his phone and the screen goes all blue. For this silly behaviours, Taiki asks why Hori chose Izumi. Miyamura asks him if he would slap Hori's face but Taiki would never do it. That's why he can't be with Hori. Taiki also witness a moment when Miyamura pretend to be mad with Hori.

Tanihara has a nightmare about Izumi and when he wakes up he wants to call Izumi, but at the moment Izumi is at work at the cake shop. So Tanihara goes to him. He wanted to apologize for the bunnies lie he spread out at school years ago.

Izumi finds a yearbook at Hori's while he is helping her arrange the room. It was from the middle school. It brings back a lot of memories. Luckily for him now it seems that, maybe, he will able to see again two old schoolmates in a better way.

While Izumi and Hori are walking they cross Tanihara. Hori roars at him, she is afraid that he wants to steal Izumi from her. But she ends up just to know that there is a deepest relationship between Izumi and Shindo. And the situation gets worst. Luckily Tanihara takes away Shindo and so Hori makes Izumi swear that if he will fell in love for someone else it has to a girl, not a guy. And that's why Miyamura starts taking distances from every guy he knows.

Yuki meets Akane while she is helping her sister carrying bags while shopping and that's how her sister knows that Yuki turned him down. Yuki feels sad for being a liar.

Sakura hers at school some rumors about Toru and Yuki dating, indeed Yuki asked Toru to keeps faking their relationship for a while. Sakura asks Yuki if it is true and she lies another time. The situation gets difficult between Yuki and Sakura, so Yuki asks help at Remi. Due to all this Yuki keeps staying home, not going to school. She's facing his problem of not saying that she wants something when she actually wants it. Toru starts thinking about what is happening. Moreover Sakura tells him that she likes him.

The day after Yuki shows up at school. So Toru and Yuki talks. He thinks Sakura is a league away from his possibilities. It ends up with the two of them keeps dating.

Anyway Sakura has a burden leaving her shoulder after being able to declare her love. Sengoku is worried about Sakura and so he knows that she was rejected before even she were able to ask him out.

Akane uses to talk in a polite way and this ends up taking distances from everyone, but everyone wants to get closer to him. Shu has a relative in a struggling situation, what can he do?

A lot of things are happening and everyone is getting ready for Christmas. There is who gets trouble with this and who makes big steps forward.

Graduation's are coming soon and Yuki does not want to take her stuff home. Miyamura and Toru too. And so they all pack everything up and take it home. Since it's a lot of stuff everyone help each other.

Remi is planning a trip for the holiday, she wants to go to the zoo. She will need a car and an hotel, since the place is quite far away and they will need at least two day. Sengoku has a car and a license, so he can travel her wherever she wants. While Sengoku and Akane cheer her up, Sakura seems to wants her not to go. Akane propose, once he'll have his license, to go on a trip all together. Not only them, but all the best buddies classmate.

While at Hori's, Miyamura get called by a sleeping Hori. While he's there looking at her, he realizes that if it wasn't for the little occur when he found Sota, he would never knows this side of Hori. Their friendship would never existed and he imagines the life of his friend without him. It would be totally different. Not only his relationship with Hori (that would not exist), but also every relationship between all Miyamura friends.

Graduation Ceremony comes up and Sengoku does the speech, interrupted by Miyamura sneezing. After that Miyamura escapes from Sengoku, who was chasing him and he finally deal with his old lonely version of himself.

At the last day of the class they take pictures all together. Sawada is very sad since she'll no more see Hori.

Izumi wants to repay Hori for shattering his reality, for making everything brighter. He wants to give her that amazing blue sky.
