Anecdotes
"The Locker" was shot in and around The Davis Building in downtown Dallas, Texas. From 1926 to 1954, the building served as a bank until moving its headquarters elsewhere. Several storage rooms, as well as the remains of a vault, lie beneath the lobby floor in the lower depths of the basement where much of the filming took place. Now a popular residential locale, the staff often receives reports of strange sounds throughout the building at all hours of the night. Several people have additionally reported seeing ghosts on the 5th, 8th, and 14th floor as well as the basement, where the writer, Brennan McMahon, claims he saw a black figure one morning before shooting. Also, director Robert Paschall Jr. has said he was standing near a large steel and glass window he heard it open and shut, although it never actually moved.
