My Rating of 7 is because I think the movie and it's simple message is definitely worth watching. I feel big budget movies often push out smaller budget movies that have great messages and would hate to see that happen here.
The way the Angelic Angel is written and portrayed is a bit different and I really enjoyed it's simplicity. The totality of the movie, including the simple production and acting added to the enjoyment. There was nothing over the top and no MAJOR drama in the last 15 minutes making the total sum of all the pieces fit nicely to make a beautiful picture.
If skilled acting is high on your list this movie might not be for you. However if you care about the total message of a movie, especially looking for something positive, give it a chance.
Much of the acting was at about a five Star level BUT not being over the top I felt added to the movie.
Karen Abercrombie is one of the writers, the executive producer and lead actress. It feels like Karen Abercrombie passion for the movie comes through in the sweet innocence in her character portrayal of an Angelic Angel.

While, IMHO, not the greatest acting I've seen she still seems to pull off making the character somewhat endearing. When I first started watching the movie I was concerned about her performance since she was obviously one of the main characters.
While searching for information on the budget I found the following INFO INTERESTING
Karen Abercrombie suggested the town. While some thought it was a Hallmark movie in reality it was produced by Canyon
Productions, Earth Mother Entertainment, and Menning Films.
That's why I think An Angelic Christmas was likely a low budget movie though I couldn't find anything on the budget. The whole film was shot in Columbiana, Ohio. The town pitched in to help with the movie, including leaving it's Christmas tree up longer than usual to accommodate the movie and it being filmed on Main Street.
