A seductive - provocative film about humanity. Beautiful for the fine game of apparences. For story and, in same measure, for the acting. A film about truth, killing, about causes, manipulation and trust. Well crafted dialogue, precise end.

Anecdotes
Director Benjamin South found an old copy of the paperback version of The ARK in the back of an airplane seat flying from London to Los Angeles. He was so obsessed with the story, he flew to Rome to meet A.M. Khalifa to convince him to adapt the story for screen. Filming was scheduled for Spring 2020 in Los Angeles but was delayed due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, and shifted to the UK.
