Follows Fena Houtman who relies on the Japanese samurai crew to unlock her family secrets.

Fena is escorted by Otto and Salman, who aided in her rescue, and reaches Goblin Island, a lone island surrounded by mist. Fena meets Frantz's old friend Yukihisa and is tasked with solving the mystery behind the stone her father left behind.

While in port for supplies, Fena and the twins find another lead on the clear stone. Meanwhile, the British officer, Abel, hires a gang of pirates to retrieve Fena.

Fena tries to get her protectors to teach her how to fight, but with little success. Later the group arrives in a German village in hopes finding the origin of the stone.

Fena and her crew reach a hollowed out dig site and enter a buried and abandoned temple, unaware unaware that O'Malley and her own pirate crew are following behind. As the crew walks the winding catacombs below, Fena starts getting mysterious visions that lead the crew upon a glowing altar with a space that fits the clear stone.

As the Goblin Knights find their way out of the catacombs, O'Malley delivers Fena to Abel on his ship, where he informs Fena that he knew her mother and that the Goblin Knights were just using her.

The crew of the Bonito II all decide to chase after Yukimaru and rescue Fena with him. Meanwhile, the Rumble Rose begins its attack run on the Blue Giant.

With Yukimaru badly wounded, The Bonito II rushes to port at Chaouen, making it just in time to get to a doctor they know who takes the bullets out of his body. While Yukimaru recovers, Shitan calls Fena a witch for her role in nearly getting Yukimaru killed twice over ten years.

Abel remembers his past with Fena's mother, Helena, how she had gotten pregnant with the king's daughter, then ran away and eloped with the king's butler Franz while pregnant how she was sentenced to death for the act. Meanwhile in the present, Fena begins humming an old tune and Yukimaru remembers the lyrics of her "secret song". Fena realizes the lyrics have matched closely with her travels thus far, but in reverse.

Fena and her crew sail out to the coordinates, where they come across an uncharted island rising out of the ocean.

The British Navy reaches the place filled with hidden treasures, and battle the samurai; Abel confronts Yukimaru and Fena; Yukimaru draws his blade.

The Observer switches repeatedly between Franz and Cody's form as it tells Fena that she is the "Maiden of Choosing" who must choose between letting the world continue as it is, or resetting the world with only herself and a few other "pure souls" allowed to live aboard an ark.
