Alya who graduated from Law school in first place and with high honors is acting very strangely. Her actions are even pushing the Doctor to the breaking point. Mehmet who is trying to do his best of deal with this situation as well as dealing with Meliha who had tried to commit suicide promises to keep the viewers glued to their screen.

The Doctor using her experience is focusing her attention on Alya and is slowly able to unravel the secrets that she holds. While as a child Meliha was forced to take on the responsibility of her younger siblings, her dramatic story continues. The continuous changes in Mehmet is causing his wife Nesrin to be very concerned about him.

Nesrin and Mehmet now have separated, and as she is trying to get accustomed to her new life, Mehmet too is started to slowly see the reality.
