I noticed that very few Turkish thrillers or action drama manage to capture the interest of the audience unless the screenplay is quite gripping and has a strong element of love embedded in it. Hence the drop in TRPs and hence the cancellation of the series! This particular drama has a fresh storyline with just the right twist of romance. However, the makers need to retain the interest of the audience my giving them pwhat they need- a good mix of suspense and romance to keep going forward. I really don't want to see the TRP dropping for this one!

I can't believe it got cancelled... the actors' performance and the chemistry between the main characters were amazing. The plot had so much potential too...

After spending 1 week in completing the entire series on Disney plus Hotstar, I must say I was thoroughly engaged to know how the story will progress after each episode. Inspite of having a busy life I always took out 2-3 hrs daily to complete this series. In the end, I genuinely start feeling for Adem and Yasmeen, how badly they love each other but still they try to be in their limits as bounded by the society.

The director as well as writer of the show must also recieve their share of appreciation for showing respectable pure love between the lead characters instead of going the typical bollywood extra marital affair way, that's what make this Turkish drama different and special for me from the rotten Bollywood romantic movies which I have already left watching since ages

At last, I would request Disney plus Hotstar that please bring out the 2nd season of the show as soon as possible. Being one of the richest production house it won't be a problem for them to aquire necessary copyright transfer from the Turkish production house who were mainly responsible for 1st season. If anyone from Disney reading then please do the needful.

Why is this series cancelled!!!!!!???? It's always the best series that gets cancelled and the silly stupid stories that continue into sleepy boredom, What is wrong with Turkish people, not liking the good series? Can the writers at least give the stories a proper end (just earlier) so viewers are not left hanging? Not good for Turkish movie industry to just stop series in the middle without a proper end. I think I, as an international viewer is done with Turkish movies as this has happened too often now. *sad face*

A show with different storyline keeps you excited loving it excited for new episodes serkan is fabulous

I didn't expect that I'll see "Bodyguard" as turkish series. From the beginning i was curious how the story will go. The great play from Serkay and Mellisa. Both actors are brilliant. Love this series and wish to see more episodes!

Started well, but ended flat and poorly. The director wasted to much time with the bad guys and ADEM's unstable lying wife story line. They should have focused on Yesimin and Adem more.

This drama was very unique I have never seen a plot like this its really interesting and all the actors are really fitting and gorgeous, I don't understand why the directors decided to stop this drama but I need, we need a season two and a better ending to this series please please help and create awareness or something just get this series back

The chemistry between Serkan and Melissa is surreal!

This is the best turkish show I have ever seen!! And I have watched alot of turkish shows. The two lead actors have incredible chemistry and the show has a very unique and important story to tell. I really really hope it will go on for a long time!

Great show in terms of production, writing and character development. A great accomplishment by the writers as the characters and story are well done and unfold at the right pace. It is a shame that Kanal D cancelled the show and left it unfinished. It is a quality show so surprised that it didn't get good TV ratings on the channel. This series is much better than many other popular Turkish series

The ending was abrupt and the writers didn't bother to finish the story. I find myself wondering what happens to Adam and Yasemin after episode 9. I would definitely be keen to see more episodes to properly wrap the story

One minor point is that the director's work is not the best. The angles of some shots / scenes and the editing is not top notch / lacks impact. The director was clearly in a hurry or not experienced.

From the first episode you can feel that something is not working right in this serie Sarkan and his wife they say they love each other's we didn't see them hugg and kiss not even one time.

Melissa is claiming to be a victim but putting everyone at risk by trying to ask for money and planning her own escape!!!

Why a Body Guard for the wife need to be staying in the guest house with his own family... and why would he need to bring his own wife and daughter!!!!

In my opinion despite the excellent names ans amazing actors in this serie. It was written in a quick way just to fill in the gap in stories in the market at the moment... forgetting that people are loosing their jobs their lives and at risk of dying everyday due to Covid 19. Why do they need to worry about an actress who is cheating on her husband and wanting to stew his money irrelevant if he is abusive to her!!! Aren't all jealous man abusive!!! Why doesn't she plan her escape and declare herself dead without asking for 10 million USD !!!

I am happy to know the serie was cancelled and I have a feeling the actors agree with me!!! Something was wrong about this serie!!!

I absolutely love this series! Can't wait for the next episode. It keeps you at the edge of the seat all the time. The chemistry between Yasemin & Adem is so good. Excellent acting by all actors. Hope it continues for a long time!

This show not only have a gorgeous cast but also a great storyline, that couldn't reach to its potential because the show got cancelled midway.

I saw some clippings of this serial and got immediately attracted to it, as it showcased a women who is a victim of domestic abuse standing up to her abuser.

So, the story starts off showing Adem Sahin, ex-special forces soldier hired as a bodyguard for Yasemin, wife of a powerful businessman, Timur Karatan.

By the 1st episode, you get to know some stuffs like - Yasemin is Timur's 2nd wife. Timur has a daughter from his first marriage and she is not very welcoming towards her step mom. And bodyguard was hired as Yasemin was receiving death threats. And Adem Sahin is happily married and have a daughter.

The show focused on Yasemin's escape from her abusive husband to a new life and you will soon realise there is a possibility of romance between Yasemin and her bodyguard, Adem.

I was really excited to watch romance develop between Adem and Yasemin. But because the show got cancelled it ended poorly.

The romance never developed, last episode tries to give you 2-3 instances of their love for each other but it was not enough. As their relation was extremely proper and within limits the whole time, so the last episode was not enough to prove their scandalous love.

I saw the show without knowing it got cancelled and thought it to be absolutely bizarre and waste of time. But now I think it's really sad that how many stories can't reach its full potential.

And also, I think, Adem's wife is unstable. That's the only explanation for such paranoia that is shown.

I really wish to see a remake of this show with the same cast, 'coz oh my god! The chemistry between the main lead was fabulous.

I never thought that the story would be this much interesting.I mean its just awesome.Chemistry between Serkan and Melisa is on another level.You can't find drama like this often. I badly want season 2

One of the best dizis of 2020 even if the leading actress's performance is a little bit stilted. Serkan Çayoglu and Tayanç Ayaydin are perfect for their roles.

One of the greatest series i watched! Love the chemistry between Yasemin and Adem. Hope for more episodes and seeing the continuation of this story

I'm so sad that it was ended at episode 9. It had so much more to give. The chemistry between the two actors was so great. I will truly miss this show!

Yeni Hayat keeps getting better and better with each episode. I am so impressed with the storytelling, dialogue, and emotional gravitas of the characters. We are lucky to have this show.

I LOVED the series it sooo good and i just know it would have been a great love story at the end but please make a season 2 i really need to know what's going to happen with the two characters and i'm really tired of all the good shows getting cancel and this isn't a good show it's a great show so just please bring it back.

Why Kanal D....I question you why...You have no right to break anyone's feelings....If you want to cancel it...why did you even start it....man I think You did your best mistake possible,Congratulations.....I message the stars of Yeni Hayat Everyday and everyone....But no one pays attention...Big Stars,and I am just a Crazy fan Isn't it.....I request you Kanal D that please Restart it again....I will give my life to see Adem and yesamin Again.....if you want sponsors take away my whole money...I just want to say that please restart it again....For me....For thousands of me....please
