I'm not sure why this show has a rating of 6.5, it's actually very well made.

Getting the back stories on all the characters is great and lets the viewer get an insight into them.

Each episode deals with various patients and a particular member of staff.

It doesn't hurt that Milan, where it's set is spectacular!

This Italian medical drama was a little gem. Every character's backstory is full of surprises, and even the lowliest intern has many layers. It is sometimes a little bit soapy, but mostly it is full of heart and watching the characters interact makes for great drama. They are more family than colleagues, in a way that reminded me a little bit of Code Black or 9-1-1. Both the cases of the week and the seasonal arc were compelling. I enjoyed all 16 episodes, but especially the one with Ricardo's backstory (episode 8, very touching, and truly added to the rest of the season). I'm looking forward to season 2.

Beautiful and moving TV series, however the couple Andrea and Giulia should be together because they have a lot of chemistry, I hope the authors put them together.

Watching the show you can find a lot of Resemblances with the american show. The first part of episodes, best friend like Wilson and the special gift to solve medical problems. Even the script in some deseases is the same, like the radiation on the machine . The good partes are: gorgeous cast, dinamic situations and good soundtrack. Worth watching!

Highly recommended. The cast are brilliant, the story lines are interwoven in a very clever way, brilliant writers as they illuminate the human condition. The medical terminology is advanced and case studies accurate Thoroughly entertaining best doc show yet.
