Disappointment

The movie "Girls Rules" directed by Mike Elliot, gives an unimaginative and hastily made a mediocre spin on American Pie. The lead actor played by Madison Pettis gives an uneven performance, but she is not the worst thing in this production. The direction in which this movie tried to go made me want to rip off my ears and eyes and put them inside the washer to clean them. I have wasted 1h 35min of my life, while at the same time lost brain cells by watching this movie.

It was incredibly bad. It has nothing to do with previous successful American pie movies.

Puritanical sex movie

It's impossible to make a decent sex comedy in which everyone is horny yet all covered up during their sex scenes... But I guess that's what sex comedies in the US are condemned to... Lots of sex and zero nudity... The jokes are not that original either... But if at least the characters freed themselves from such puritanical treatment, it would be fun to watch.

New American ple check list

Has "American" in the title Has A Great cast Is funny and enjoyable Has a character named stiffer Eugene Levy is in It, even if only briefly, Just to give advice Has Nudity

Disappointing on those last two. Still loved it. And I can live with out the nudity But Eugene Levy is like the stan Lee of American Ple.. how could they not have him in it.

Anecdotes
Producers initially wanted male nudity in the movie during pre-production meetings and director Mike Elliott even included showing some male nudity in one of the scenes (though it was a prosthetic), but it was ultimately deleted out of the final cut. This makes it the first American Pie movie out of all theatrical releases and spin-offs to have no male nudity.

Gaffes
After running into the door, Michelle's teeth are red, presumably this is blood though her lips are intact and no blood drips or runs from her mouth. After a minute or so her teeth are white.
