Turner could be a puppy eating child toy stealing monster and his easy way he tells a story would disarm me every time. I was a little disappointed with 3 and while I'm at it 3 and 4 could be slightly chopped and then fit together as 1 film and because of that I was briefly upset until I realized my ability to watch them back to back gave me that feeling and I most likely wouldn't have felt that way if there was any pause in between. I hate ghost Hunter TV shows and other doc's because they try so hard to convince people that each sound is a conclusive proof you can communicate with the dead. This as far as I'm concerned doesn't do that at all and also at this point I no longer care if it's real. When the first one popped up I spent so much time on wether it was real or not I didn't enjoy the ride and at some point I'll look as hard as I can to see if this has any basis in truth but not until this part of the story ends. I have nearly every movie streaming sight that currently exists so I have zero need to pay rental fees with so many choices at my fingertips, but 2,3,4 I paid for and I'm about to buy 5. I'd make some half assed comparison to Blair Witch but that gave me enjoyment once and it was great but it's not the same. Those people were adored gobbled up and they are now gone this has lasting power could it be as fake as Blair Witch of course is it as fake as Blair Witch probably but I'm not that interested in pulling that thread yet. Sit back and enjoy the ride, your pilot is talented and he knows how to take care of his passengers.
