Anecdotes
As with many Hanna-Barbera shows of the time, "Around the World in 79 Days" was a regular segment of the cartoon anthology series Cattanooga Cats (1969). Other segments were It's the Wolf (1969) and Motormouse and Autocat (1969). After the 1969-70 season "It's the Wolf" and "Motormouse and Autocat" were spun off into a separate half-hour program while "Around the World in 79 Days" and "Cattanooga Cats" comprised another.
