Everybody's Doing It

Billy feels somewhat frustrated when he discovers that Raymond has brought a girl home; the situation worsens when he finds out that Tony has also brought a girl home. Billy is ashamed about the behaviour of his children, and worse still he has a job interview, a nasty shock awaits him.

I was a little lenient on the first two episodes; I'm going to have to be a whole lot more critical of this one, as it goes a couple of steps too far. The jokes don't land well at all; they're crass, old-fashioned (even for the 1970s), and worst of all, they're just not funny. I thought the writing here was iffy at best, and the way it treats women is just plain awful.

I'm not sure I'm loving Ken Jones in this role; something just isn't working. The one interesting moment, Myra is played by Sylvestra Le Touzel, not her finest moment it's fair to say.
