In the corners.

Nearing the end of viewing the Etheria shorts film festival,I paused to see how much time was left. Interested in seeing what the first of two (!) short films could do in under 10 minutes,I looked in the corner.

Note:Some spoilers in review.

View on the film:

Spending most of the film naked, Christopher Dietrick & Matt Pascua give very good performances as Michael and Daniel,thanks to both of them giving a casualness to the intimacy they share. Entirely taking place in one bedroom, co-writer/(with Daniel Ross Noble) director Kelli Breslin & cinematographer Sarah Phillips charge up the erotic atmosphere with a deep blue over the bed, which shatters to a gloriously left-field Body-Horror twist ending,as the man steps out of the corner.
