Thankfully it was free with ads on Tubi otherwise I would have been upset if I paid to see it. Hard to understand how one could take ideas from other movies and execute them so poorly. That last half hour makes little sense.

Good, fun performances from Thom Hallum, Dustin Rhodes, Katherine Harris, and Tom Zembrod make this more watchable than it probably should have. Unintentionally convoluted nonsense with an out of left field twist ending that had me laughing harder than I would think the director would want me to. The director shows potential but seemed lost here. The cinematography goes back and forth but overall I would say it managed to impress.

Even with all the negative things I have to say about the movie, I won't deny that there were a few moments that managed to keep me going for the long haul. Every time I felt that the movie would never end and I was getting ready to shut it off something would happen that made me wait it out.

At the end of the day, this is a poorly made movie from almost every angle but there is enough to keep you entertained through the runtime. Don't expect a masterpiece but if you're easily entertained this might be worth it.

There's plenty of plot holes, the acting isn't great, but it managed to keep me watching the entire time. Probably would have rated a bit highest if it wasn't for that ending.

These fake reviews are going to ruin IMDB. This is as about as bad a B movie ever made. Don't waste the 5 bucks, I wouldn't have watched this for free.

It is clear that the director tried to make a film that did not cost much, few actors, only one location, minimal equipment ... The industry pushes us all to make films under this concept, far from the unattainable gigantic industrial machinery of Hollywood. Writing a script, with those parameters is not difficult, the difficult thing is to do it well. Write a good story. That is the difference between making a film that costs little money, and a cheap film. This is a cheap movie. The script is poor, ridiculous at times, unnecessarily lengthened with dull dialogue. The plot is simple, empty, repeated, forced. The characters are not clear except for one. The direction is simple, it does not show any talent. The movie is, as I say, cheap. A very close adjective to bad. Sometimes it would even look the same. Every day it is more and more difficult to find a good movie. What is happening? The imagination is not at odds with low budgets. In fact, that is precisely what makes a low-budget, independent film with few actors very good: imagination. But to get there, a very rare ingredient is also needed: talent. That ingredient doesn't shine in this movie. Is it a bad film? For me it is. But you must see it so that you can make your own opinion. It may even sound good to you.

What was the last 20 mins all about ?

How did everything fall into place for the fake deaf girl to walkaway with what we find out, is her accomplice ?

Dont tell me it was all planned to end this way ?

Did the girl dig the money eventually ? Because if what was the $$s in that wooden box, it was hardly worth the effort... didnt look anywhere near "enough" to paraphrase her answer to the question posed by her accomplice.

Were all these men lured to the ranch just so someone could dig the money ?

Couldnt this faux deaf girl just told her accomplice about "copper hill", dug the money and lived happily ever after ? Why the need to make up such a complex blood thirsty plan to do exactly the same thing.... get the money ?

How could someone rate this movie a 9 or 10. Nothing is believable Brady is the only character that fits with the movie. These guys are as thuggish as a nun... The plot doesn't piece together at all too many holes...

The ending left the whole storyline, plot up for ridicule and destroyed the whole movie. Such lazy script writing is unforgivable. Acting and the cast were okay, let down by the script.

I'm not writing this as someone who is loosely related to the plot of this movie, but a fan of good flicks- I gave it a 9 star instead of 10 only because I felt it could have had some cool music, otherwise it was a homerun. Would love to see this turn into a series on Netflix or Amazon. Make it happen guys!

C list actors, dim witted plot and plodding pace. Good music over the end titles.

Sorry, I really tried to give this a chance. The storyline and characters were just too unbelievable... But I won't spoil it... see for yourself. Great cinematography, sound, lighting, music, etc, though.

It ruins everything that went before it. It like the writer and director forgot what had happened in previous 95 minutes .. to try to give it a twist ending.

May as well have had aliens landing and terminator monkey robots shoot everyone at the end. It was that ridiculous.

Badly written and badly acted. How many times does he have to scream do you understand me in her face and not follow through. I love when the Indian shows up and in several scenes he wears his hat on backwards good detail people.

The young kidnapped girl when she finally open her mouth she may have a career in acting it's a shame she was shut up the whole show. It had a four star review so I thought I would watch it I don't know where that came from I certainly didn't feel that it was deserving of four stars. But who am I to judge this is only my opinion you don't have to like it decide for yourself.

It would be cool if the actors wouldn't put their hats on backwards also the other actor told the girl to get in his charger when he's clearly driving a challenger. Too many flaws...

Ending doesn't make any sense either, you would think someone would have watched it before release and said "uh, this isn't good" Guess not.

This is not the type of movie that you would even go past 5 stars on. The plot is cheap and ineffective. I only give it a two because I liked one scene where the first person dies, it was funny to me just how quick it was. But the acting wasn't there to enjoy and not many locations. Dustin's part wasn't even satisfying at all. The Indian wasn't scary or even believable, he talks like a older western style movie Native very shortly, then he sounds normal and goes somewhat back and forth. Somehow he opens the truck to the "charger" without the key fob which is not possible. There is parts in the movie where the music is to loud for the talking parts and is annoying. The audio is ok for the verbal parts which isn't much considering they need to invest in shirt mics to get better quality. Boom mics are for enclosed made sets, not outside that records everything. There's a few mess ups with a scene where it's suppose to be after 10pm but you can clearly see day light shining on the wall in the hallway when you see the girl getting ready to go to bed. Then when she lays down there's light shining thru curtains in the other room. Plot is cheap and rip off of other movies and could had done better with a better script instead of to many dead spots in the movie. Movie could had been edited down to 30 to 40 minutes. How the producer portrayed Texans being around a table smoking and drinking the way they was, was ignorant, one of them even had a tobacco pipe. Honestly the fake 6 and above ratings are laughable. The 8 star and above written reviews are trying to stick this movie at the level of the Godfather and other great movies which shows that they don't know what bad B movie is, and this is one of them.... BAD. I will never watch this movie again even if I was forced to chose between watching this or die, I chose die.

I had been waiting not-so patiently lol for this film, to come out! I was not disappointed at all!!! Brett Bentman and B22 films did not disappoint! I have became a huge fan of his films, over the past few months and look forward to more in the future! Dustin Rhodes is made for the big screen and the red carpet! His performance as Mitchell was incredible! I was captivated from the beginning to the end!! I can't wait to see what the future holds for him also! Great job to everyone involved, Copper Bill will definitely be one of those movies, I will watch over and over. . .

Man, I just love it when they get it right about my home state. There are little nuances here and there in this film that make a Texas Girl proud! This is a very original story line. You won't see the ending coming at all. If you're a fan of seeing an unexpected ending, this film is for you. I recommend it!
