Boshack

A great short film first for ideas proposed. A film about mistakes of past of a man, the intention of his daughter to save him, about a form of redemption and the loneliness as protection vest, about two thieves and a knife stroke, about the end of world, reminding Melancholia and beautiful - impressive cinematography. The dialogue father - daughter represents the axis of this film who I real live as a sort of revision of personal experiences. And the acting represents, in same measure, a significant virtue. In short, just great, scene by scene, as a sort of brilliant demonstration of love and redemption.

This short film is just inspiring from the acting, writing, lighting, set design, make up and editing. Every detail was accounted for and it showed. This is the result from years of studying and having a knowledgeable crew by your side.

Knowing that the world as you know it is coming to an end. You try to bring those closest to you blood wise to a safe space. Even if your past demons clash. Wanting to put that behind, the main character seeks out her father living in the out back held up in a rundown shack. But was this the best choice for the both of them? Or did it make the decision easier for them to walk away from what should have been?
