Mr. Swag Boss and the Inglorious Pacifist

This is one of if not the BEST film I have ever seen. It left me with tears in my eyes and a big fat stiffy in my pants. I feel truly blessed to have witnessed this wonderful piece of art.

When all of my friends suggested this movie for me i originally felt turned off from the idea of watching it, being a giant hipster born in the 90's i felt that giving in to the hype would go against evrything that i stand for, but then i released in cinemas near me and i made the choice to go and see it and wow. First of all the directing is second to none, with amazing small details that you'll only catch on your 5th or 6th viewing of the movie, second of all the voice acting is amazing and really captures the racial undertones and discrimination that a chinese man probably would've faced in Tiananmen square 1989. An absolute masterpiece.

This is the first movie where I have felt every single emotion simultaneously - as if I was off a molly. There were often times where I didn't need the subtitles for the Chinese since the movie was literally communicating with my soul via telekinesis. I didn't know it was even possible to feel spiritually touched by a movie. I would highly recommend this to anyone, it is suited for all ages and people.

I'll start this review by saying I started watching this movie with no prior knowledge about the writers and the premise, so I had no idea what to expect. What I found was a mature and compelling story that kept me entertained throughout the movie.

*Story 10/10 There are many stories that focus on anti-heroes and terrorism, yet none have come close to the level of maturity found in Mr. Swag Boss and the Inglorious Pacifist. This movie succeeded in areas that other shows such as Death Note faltered. This is the kind of show that you could quite happily show to any politically orientated friends with confidence that they won't leave mid-way through, or that you will have to justify why so-and-so is making unnecessary fan-service.

*Art 10/10 The art style of Mr. Swag Boss and the Inglorious Pacifist perfectly fits the tone of the show. There are many still-life scenes in Mr. Swag Boss and the Inglorious Pacifist, and each one perfectly captures the essence of China.

*Sound 10/10 There is simply nothing better than valve VOIP..

*Character 10/10 Mr. Swag Boss has a starkly contrasting personality, he is both being blunt and mature whilst being childish and playful. Smiley describers him as having a smile like the sun and eyes like ice'. However it goes far deeper than that. Underneath Mr. Swag Boss' calm exterior lies indescribable grief and severity.

*Enjoyment 10/10 From the first sentence I was hooked. No other movie kept my interest like Mr. Swag Boss and the Inglorious Pacifist. Now that it is over I feel as if I have gained something from the experience

To summarize, Mr. Swag Boss and the Inglorious Pacifist showed a level of maturity and elegance I never expected from movie, and it is my hope that other shows in the future will learn from Mr. Swag Boss and the Inglorious Pacifist.

Emotional and riveting as i said. Best film of the year. Do not want to give away too much but be ready for one of the most compelling films in modern film history!
