Filthy Rich

First of all, I LOVE GINGER. I literally loved her character so much I kept watching the show just because of her. This show wasn't that bad, although it did have some stereotypical scenes against christians. And ngl there were some really cringe-worthy scenes and lines too but I guess that's the charm of this show.

Loved it and loved seeing Kim in this role. She definitely has the chops to carry a show. So sorry it got cancelled :( wish someone would start a petition so somewhere like Netflix could pick it up for another season.

Look if you take this show seriously then yeah you are not going to like it. Stop making every show so award worthy. Sometimes silly and dumb and mindless can be fun. It is over the top dramatic and Kim is pure diva. It makes fun of those crazy televangelist and the ridiculous money and wealth they make off of religion. Those who do not like it probably hate seeing that. Don't like it then don't watch it.

"Filthy Rich" (S01, 10eps, 1hr, Fox) was a surprisingly irreverent look at Big Religion and now you know why it was cancelled; it would've gotten two seasons at least at Netflix or Amazon. In fact, actor Aaron Lazar's character immediately recalls Joel Osteen. However, it ended at a good point. Many dramas get worse as time goes on, season after season, so I'm happy that its only season was hard-hitting and really entertaining.

I watched 3 episodes and it was too boring. I don't see this show getting picked up.
