Wow this is a very engaging and enlightening film by Deirdre Fishel dealing with complex issues around policing with the backdrop of the Minneapolis Police dept. The doc was shot during the period just before and after the George Floyd's murder. I suggest you watch it to be a part of the bigger conversation about policing, how we can support law enforcement officers AND support communities impacted by police misconduct. The film talks about the way Female officers work with communities differently than their male counterparts, it is not only well made but vital viewing.
Policing is certainly intersectional, and this documentary provides critical insight into the many challenges women face in a Male-dominated profession. That it was shot in Minneapolis just before George Floyd was murdered is a fortunate coincidence.
