The movie did what I wanted which was to be entertained for a couple of hours and be transported to someone else's world. The movie did this. The move moved along. The plot didn't have any glaring holes. The main character Corina and her love interest, Randall, were cute. There wansn't any overt and in your face sex which was nice for once. The side characters were comical. The screenwriter and director did not portray men as dogs and none of the women got used. Is this a classic among my list. Probably not, but it was entertaining. I would watch another movie from this director.

I DON'T MIND LOW BUDGET MOVIES SO AS LONG AS THEY'RE WELL WRITTEN AND THIS ONE WAS. I WAS SCEPTICAL AT THE BEGINNING BUT I STILL GAVE IT A CHANCE AND I END UP ENJOYING IT. I DON'T WANT TO GIVE ANY SPOILERS BUT IF YOU IN ROMANCE AND YOU DON'T MIND THE LOW BUDGET LOOK, YOU'LL ENJOY IT.

Thought it was boring, average acting and predictable. Was looking forward to a good chick flick but was disappointed

The trailer had me going because i thought it was going to be a great black comedy chick but it started to drag towards the middle of the movie. I lost interest and forced myself to watch it till the end. Im Sorry its just too predictable.

A average typical black low budget film honestly they turned my man from black lightning into a simp she said no charge her don't beg her to marry u plus y all these movies got to make these over the hill women act trashy by twerking and sticking their tounges out sad alqays have to make black men into Simps

This movie is so very very very well written, with the Perfect cast of people. I've enjoyed this movie sooooooooo much.. Such a wonderful lesson to be learn as well. Everybody that dislikes this excellent movie here !!! the reason you dislike it is within the content of the story line..I hope pray you see it crystal clear... This movie is award winning please let there be a Part 2..

I don't watch movies more than once these days, but I'm definitely going to watch this one again. I'd read the screenplay! I appreciate the depth in this love story. It's definitely a fluffy romance, but it is also a film about navigating through other issues in life - issues people get stuck in all the time. Career. Family hurt. Past relationship hurts. Corine's biggest issue was not believing that she can live the life she wants. Simple story, yet profound. I'm grateful for this story. Such a realistic portrayal of relationships. Either the editing or the two lead characters' acting skills were a bit off, but it didnt ruin the story. They still did a good job, but I was crying more than they did on film. The script was so good! The supporting actors were phenomenal! Yvette Randall Brown? The best friend dude/new father - love him! Love all the wedding scenes. Very diverse. Realistic. Bring back the creative crew and make another movie. Make sure to advertise with "from the folks who brought you "Always a Bridesmaid" comes a story..." so I actually watch it. So happy I lucked upon this film today.

I don't understand! This film was funny, entertaining, no sex scene, and had some familiar faces. There were some warm-hearted scenes too. I like it, maybe because I can relate to the main actress. Hahah. "Delay is not Denial" indeed..

Not only was the cast remarkable and dipped in the finest melanin, the storyline was perfection. During the course of the film, the characters evolve and transform themselves into the best versions of themselves. It speaks to forgiveness, perfect imperfections, trauma manifesting in relationships, surrender, faith and the conditions of unconditional love. I laughed, I cried, I cried so more. I cheered. I booed (at the scene where the guy was drunk and asleep in the car- he needed to be kicked lol). Perfect love really does cast out fear and some people are worth fighting for. This is now a fave #newclassic

This movie was truly heart warming, great characters all across and this has definitely become one of my favourites. I have no clue why ratings are low on here but this is definitely one to watch!

It was well written, the character Mark is eye candy. I loved the storyline of friendship, love, pursuing your dreams,and fear.Great romcom.If you are into romantic comedies give this a look it is a awesome movie,not a big budget movie,it is just a fun sweet movie

Yvette Nicole Brown wrote this movie, and she did a fantastic job! The cast was beautiful, the acting suberb, and the subject matter was deep! We often get in the way of love by being defensive, guarded, and we end up self sabotaging. We need to relax...that's why it's called FALLING in love. Yvette, I hope you end up writing more movies, we more content like this. Props to you, lady :)

"OH-EM-GEE!" I've been starving for a great romantic film and this flick more than salted my appetite! Javicia Leslie and Jordan Calloway have more chemistry than a High School Science Department! This movie was warm, funny, smart, and sexy. They lit up the screen and Jordan is the perfect hero! The movie was 1.5 hours, but it felt like 5 minutes. This is a definite keeper.

Yvette Nicole Brown did an amazing job as the screenwriter! Great, realistic, genuine story of love & fear. The casting was incredible! Every actor brought a feel of authenticity to their character, the script, body language, & even in the aspect of comedic moments in real-life. It's also pleasing to watch a movie without it being saturated w/ sex.

This was the BEST love story!! The cast was awesome!! The plot was well thought and w/a twist. Just a really great love story!! Only thing I was they had a couple white friends!😉

We loved everything about this one, the chemistry of the cast, comedy and romance rolled up into one. I always enjoy seeing positive movies if our people and not the same gangster drug type scenarios. I think its definitely worth watching.

The actors 👍🏾 the acting 👍🏾the plot 👍🏾 everything about this movie is greatness. And the fact that it's an all black cast 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾... this TV movie is better than most movies released in theaters that are of the same or a similar genre. I said what I said.

It was so cute and well written acting was great one of the best romantic movies i seen In a while the leading actors did a great job you could feel the connection

I loved everything about the Movie. The cast did an amazing job. This movie will be added to favorite collection. It definitely had some meaning & a message. Definitely a "note to self" & self refection. I promise not to do anything in life, until I'm sure of it.

I'm looking forward to seeing more of her work.

This is definitely a movie I'll watch again! I was skeptical at first, having seen the trailer several times. As the movie played out, however, I was highly impressed with the actors, the script, the wardrobe.....Kudos to all who were involved. It was down-to-earth, relatable, and real, and it addressed issues that both men and women face in relationships.
