Rich Kids

It was bad acting, bad filming, bad cutting, there is nothing good about this movie.

They also use a hell lot of slurs.

This is a weird movie. Some of it is good and some is utter terrible.

Good Stuff: The halfway documentary style with the fake interviews is great. Makes the story much more believable and realistic. I also likes the flash backs and how it slowly tells the world of the young people in the movie instead of having a steady flow.

Bad Stuff: The acting is really horrible at some points. I'm not going to be the one to tell if the director or actors are to blame, but something went wrong. Another bad aspect of the movie is that this isn't believable at all. This is NOT how the world works, and NOT how the young people at Charlottenlund live their lives. Maybe they want to because some people are empty shells of young adults when they're 20, and especially north of Copenhagen, where this is supposed to be happening.

All in all an OK movie. If you can get passed the terrible acting by some of the people in it (like half of the main cast and most of the supporting actors), you'l probably enjoy it. However, if you haven't seen Kids, watch that instead. It's ten times better and much more realistic. However, it's about poor teenagers and not these over-class people.

Stunning work of art from the greatest director of all time. The man is a god at everything he does. That includes being a techno god and a legend i don't really feel like the film was that good but com on, if it's made by Rune Bendixen then it has to be good. Well you know what readers of IMDb, i like this film now no matter what anyone says, to be honest i only like it because Rune is the director. Bye

I like this movie...It's so social. It really reminds me of most of the youngsters at some of the fashionable night clubs in Bulgaria. The movie has some kind of documentalistic character. I mean the different kind of themes the "rich kids" are talking about - friendship, money, family, sex, drugs, etc. Quite different from the US movies. That's why I like European cinema. And the soundtrack is great.It's a pleasure to listen to it in the car...gives me speed...In fact "Rich Kids" is one of my favourite movies. Why its rating is so low? I think that it can help people find themselves in this so commercial life where feelings are blocked by ambitions.So, that's my opinion. Excuse me for my terrible English but I'm just a Bulgarian girl.
