The fans pick the match

The gimmick for this week's show is that viewers can call a 1-900 number and vote for who will wrestle in the main event. Gene Okerlund is in the heels' locker room and Tony Schiavone is in the babyfaces' locker room, where wrestlers are campaigning for viewers to vote for them to be in the main event. The first match is the Giant versus Cobra. We see Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage hanging out at Venice Beach. Kevin Sullivan takes on the Renegade. Chris Benoit wrestles Eddie Guerrero. The main event the fans selected is Sting versus Ric Flair. (Did you really think it would be Dave Sullivan versus Scott Norton?) You can't complain about a show that has Benoit vs. Guerrero and Sting vs. Flair.
