Avis à la une
Well, they left out the Creature from the Black Lagoon and a few others, but this cavalcade of creepy critters and characters delivers the goods. I especially liked the Dracula-Frankenstein chess game-- though it's Karloff and Lugosi as themselves and not the characters. I would have like to see the giant puppet dragon from Fritz Lang's "Siegfried" included, but then that wasn't a Hollywood film, so it wouldn't qualify for this program. And they could have included more of the really cheap and tacky flicks that were on screen in the fifties-- like "Robot Monster" and of course "Plan Nine from Outer Space", but hey, you can't have everything, and what's here is 'cherce'. So get a look at this one if you can!
