Avis à la une
A funny episode that plays with stereotypes about old people. Lots of good and funny dialogue. Both main and supporting characters have some good moments and are doing a great job. Well, with one exception. Ray Romano's real life father Albert has a cameo here and he reprises a role from several other episodes. It is nice that Ray gave his dad a place in the spotlight, but Albert is just not an actor, not even an amateur actor. His delivery and timing are terrible, his voice is monotone, flat and expressionless, and he only has one facial expression. He simply ruins every scene that he is in, and that was the case in every previous episode that featured him. At least in previous episodes his screen time was minimal, but here he is in a lot of scenes. Phil Rosenthal's real life father Max also has a cameo, and although he is also not an actor, he does a much better job than Albert.
A nice episode overall, but people who are bad at acting really shouldn't act; or at least their cameos should be kept to absolute minimum.
