Once Upon a Time in the North is a sitcom about the Tollit family from Sutton Moor in Yorkshire. The show starred Bernard Hill as Len Tollit and Christine Moore as Pat Tollit. Written by Tim Firth, and Directed by Phil Partridge and John Clive the show was filmed on location but lasted just the one series consisting of six episodes.
I have this series starring Bernard Hill and the excellent Brian Pringle. Although excellent actors they cant quite get it right there is no chemistry between the two.so it all seems strained and they try to hard to get laughs. But its still worth watching if your a fan of either of them.
