As Taylor Swift faces off in court against a former Denver deejay whom she claims assaulted her at a meet-and-greet in 2013, Nelly Furtado is speaking out about her own experiences with “radio staff” who she alleges “attempt to cross lines.”

The 38-year-old “Say It Right” songstress revealed on Twitter Friday that she had been in “several” meet-and-greets” where she witnessed inappropriate behavior.

“Love @taylorswift13 for fighting 4 women’s safety in the workplace,” she wrote — standing in solidarity with the pop star.

Reps for Furtado did not immediately respond to People’s request for comment.

Vampire Diaries,Damon Salvatore, star Ian Somerhalder was recently spotted walking the New York City,New York streets two days ago to attend some Cosmopolitan event as an honoree. He appeared to be pretty focused as paparazzi took snapshots of him. According to sources,Ian signed autographs for his fans as he arrived at the Mandarin Hotel. He was apparently a Cosmopolitan Fun & Fearless Male honoree. Ian has recently opened up a new foundation that helps people get involved with environmentalism.

We have to admit, we were a little bit surprised when the relatively unknown Joseph Morgan was cast as "The Vampire Diaries'" most formidable villain to date, Klaus. We had expected some big-name casting, as it'll take someone with serious skill to top current baddies Damon (Ian Somerhalder), Katherine (Nina Dobrev), and Elijah (Daniel Gillies).

At Cosmo's Fun Fearless Males Awards event, Somerhalder assured fans that Morgan is as villainous as they come -- and they haven't even officially worked together yet. "I've only seen him in his wardrobe tests walking up and down the hall," he tells MTV. "He's a magnificent guy and I know his abiliites are way up there. I think [on set] everyone's on their toes now, more. He's a badass."

Though Russell Brand was certainly living up to the concept of Cosmopolitan‘s Fun Fearless Males Of 2011 event last night in NY (that’s editor-in-chief Kate White he’s chomping on), he didn’t sound that confident tweeting before the gala. “Tonight I am being awarded by Cosmo for being fun and fearless. New York — What happens when you gather together the fun, fearless men of Cosmo magazine in one place? Well, it seems that a giant party erupts. That's what happened on Monday night at Cosmopolitan magazine's 2011 Fun Fearless Males party in New York City at the Mandarin Oriental hotel, where hotties like Ian Somerhalder, Russell Brand and Mila Kunis all showed up to pay tribute to the men who make us swoon.

Being that the night's honorees were being lauded for being both playful and bold, MTV News decided to have them weigh in on the not-so-age-old question: Are you more fun or more fearless?

"I think I'm a healthy balance of both," "Gossip Girl" star Penn Badgley explained.

Cosmopolitan magazine honored who they consider to be the most fun and fearless people of the year, and honoree Russell Brand gave a prime example of both those qualities on the New York red carpet. "It was both fun and fearless," said Brand after climbing down from behind the wall of the red carpet. The comedian explained the move, saying, "It was to demonstrate my validity of this title." Brand accepted the title of Fun, Fearless Male of Year along with Penn Badgley, Simon Baker, Stephen Dorff, Drake, Armie Hammer, Chris Hemsworth, Cory Monteith, Isaiah Mustafa, Chad Ochocinco, Ian Somerhalder and the year's Fun, Fearless Female Mila Kunis. Ian Somerhalder has brought some of his sexiness to Cosmopolitan Magazine's Fun Fearless Males of 2011 event. "The Vampire Diaries" actor sported tousled hair and an unbuttoned white shirt under his black suit when coming to join the celebration at The Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City on Monday night, March 7.

Earlier in the evening, the 32-year-old teased his Twitter followers, "Going to hang with Cosmo Mag peeps and a bunch of hot actor dudes- ladies eat your heart out... Cosmo thanks for the trip to NY!" Hours later, he posted two other tweets about the event, "Cosmo awards event- Russell Brand is fuc#^+ hilarious" and "I mean really funny... My stomach hurts."

The actor also famed for his portrayal of Boone Carlyle on "Lost" was one of the Hollywood hunks honored as this year's Fun Fearless Males along with "Gossip Girl" actor Penn Badgley and "Thor" star Chris Hemsworth.

Making for another memorable year, the 2010 Teen Choice Awards took place in Universal City, California on Sunday (August 8).

Held at the Gibson Amphitheatre, Katy Perry tended to hosting duties with help from the guys of "Glee," including Chris Coifer, Kevin McHale, Cory Monteith and Mark Salling.

Set to air on Fox on Monday (August 9) from 8-10 Et/Pt, the biggest names in show business turned up to claim their surfboards - as big winners included the stars of Twilight, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Sandra Bullock.

The 2010 Teen Choice Awards was a night of very few surprises. The youth of America is still caught up in the vampire craze -- the "Twilight" and "Vampire Diaries" casts made off with an abundance of surfboards. The CW vamps scored a total of 7 wins.

As for the wolfpack, Taylor Lautner, in particular, scored big, making off with Choice Hottie, Choice Red Carpet Icon, and Choice Smile along with Choice Movie Actor.

When Robert Pattinson won for his role in "Remember Me," he even remarked that it was nice to accept an award for something that wasn't "Twilight" for once.

"Gossip Girl" stars Leighton Meester and Chace Crawford were there to pick up their TV Actor: Drama awards. They also accepted Choice TV Show: Drama on behalf of the rest of their cast. Hilary Duff even won her third TCA Surfboard for her guest starring role as the "Gossip Girl" scene-stealer.

Sunday night, August 8 has seen the presentation of surfboards to the winners of 2010 Teen Choice Awards at Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California. Among those walking away with multiple trophies from the annual awards show were teen's favorites, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner and Selena Gomez.

24-year-old Pattinson won four surfboards, three of which he collected from the "Twilight Saga" series. He earned Choice Male Movie Star for "The Twilight Saga's Eclipse" as well as Choice Liplock and Choice Chemistry, which he shared with Kristen Stewart, for "The Twilight Saga's New Moon". Another one was Choice Movie Actor: Drama for his part in "Remember Me".

Lindsey asks Stephen Moyer, Kellan Lutz and Paul Wesley, which vampire cast would win in a battle for blood? Who do you think?

It’s time to spill some blood! We caught up with three vampires – one from each cast — Stephen Moyer, Kellan Lutz, and Paul Wesley — at Cosmopolitan magazine’s “Fun Fearless Male Awards” at The Mandarin Oriental Hotel in NYC on Mar. 1 and they admitted there might be some ass kicking involved if the three casts were ever to fight. And who would win? True Blood’s Stephen Moyer thinks, “We could take both of them [Twilight and Vampire Diaries] down at the same time!”

Stephen, who plays Bill Compton, continued, “We are much older than those whipper snappers [and] just me and Eric (Alexander Skarsgard )” would tear the other two casts apart in a matter of seconds!

Production Weekly recently reported that Warner Premiere is moving forward with "Lost Boy 3: The Thirst," which will be written by Evan Charnov, whose only credit is writing for the "Fearless" TV show. Now comes news that Dario Piana (The Deaths of Ian Stone) is on board to direct and both Corey Feldman and Jamison Newlander are set to return as the Frog brothers. Shooting is set to begin this November in South Africa. Plot: When veteran vampire hunter Edgar Frog finds himself destitute and almost friendless, he thinks his live has hit bottom. But a wealthy vampire-romance novelist Gwen Liebling offers him a small fortune to go on the vampire hunt of a lifetime and rescue her son Peter from the Alpha Vampire DJ Dusk. Warner Premiere is moving forward on Lost Boys 3: The Bite (although we suspect they'll drop the number 3). According to Production Weekly, Evan Charnov scripted the threequel. He penned Fearless , a TV vehicle for Rachel Leigh Cook in 2004. In the director's chair is Dario Piana who helmed the After Dark Horrorfest 2 entry The Deaths of Ian Stone (pictured) - a film that demonstrated promise but was bogged down by script problems. While Pw doesn't offer any plot details, it does reiterate what we've heard in the past: Corey Feldman and Jamison Newlander are back to reprise their roles as the Frog Brothers. Both appeared in the 2008 direct-to-dvd misfire Lost Boys: The Tribe . Filming will take place in Capetown, South Africa.

Recall the stinker that was The Lost Boys: The Tribe (review here)? You remember -- the flick with the surfing vampires? (Again we ask: Why didn't the priest just bless the ocean?) No? You missed it? Do yourself a favor and keep it that way. Like it or not, Production Weekly has announced tonight that the next film in the franchise, now called Lost Boys 3: The Thirst, is just about ready to get under way from Warner Premiere.

All that's known about the film, which has been scripted by Evan Charnov, is that both Corey Feldman and Jamison Newlander are returning to their roles as The Frog Brothers. Being that Newlander is now a vamp and Feldman is still a hunter, this could make for an interesting dynamic between the two. Interesting, yes, but will it be good?

Bloody-Disgusting is reporting that Evan Charnov (Fearless) has been hired by Warner Premiere to write the third installment in "The Lost Boys" franchise. The new film will obviously go straight to DVD, just like the incredibly successful sequel did last year. Corey Feldman will return to produce "The Lost Boys 3" in addition to reprising his role as vampire hunter Edgar Frog. Moviehole has added that Jamison Newlander will also return as Alan Frog in the threequel that will focus on the Frog brothers. Newlander appeared in the 1987 original, directed by Joel Schumacher, but was edited out of the sequel. And even though the second movie hinted at a possible battle between Edgar Frog and Sam Emerson (Corey Haim), Haim isn't expected to return for "Lost Boys 3."...

I still have yet to see The Lost Boys: The Tribe, the 20-years-too-late direct-to-dvd sequel to Joel Schumacher's 1987 cult classic, and based on all the dismal reviews that I've heard and read, I am certainly in no hurry. Still, it appears that the movie was at least somewhat successful since it's being reported around the web that Warner Premiere is currently in the process of developing a third installment. They have hired a guy named Evan Charnov (Fearless) to start writing a script for The Lost Boys 3, which will focus specifically on Corey Feldman's character Edgar Frog. As you would expect, Feldman is signed to star, but this time around he will apparently also act as executive producer. Good to hear that the Feldog is moving up in the world. Jamison Newlander is also supposedly attached to reprise his role as the other half of the Frog Brothers,...

Thanks to Moviehole, Bloody Disgusting and the smashing success of Part 2's DVD debut (Moviehole reports that Part 2 director P.J Pesce 'received a bottle of champas in the mail from the studio' wow – spend, spend, spend!), we have news that The Lost Boys 3 is currently being prepped by the WB with Evan Charnov (Fearless) set to write Moviehole also drops a bit of a bomb by alerting us to the fact that Jamison Newlander will be joining Corey Feldman (also set to produce) in the sequel marking the official return of both Frog Brothers. Haim will surely stay with whichever rock he's crawled under. He had his shot, and he blew it. We're sure more details will be released soon.

The WB Network's new fall drama Fearless has been pushed to midseason, while the one-hour One Tree Hill, originally scheduled for a midseason launch, will now premiere in the fall in Fearless' Tuesday 9 p.m. slot behind Gilmore Girls. The move of Warner Bros. TV/Bruckheimer TV's Fearless was made at the request of executive producer Jerry Bruckheimer and WBTV president Peter Roth days before the freshman series was scheduled to begin production next week. "After careful and thorough consideration, we have recommended to the WB that to best ensure the highest quality and attention for 'Fearless' that we launch the series at midseason," Bruckheimer and Roth said in a statement. "We're extremely grateful to the WB for supporting us and for allowing us this opportunity."...

LONDON -- Sky One controller Sara Ramsden said Tuesday that the satcaster has signed a five-show deal with Warner Bros. International Television Distribution for next year's schedule, with the shows slated to air on Sky One starting in January after they debut in the United States. The new deal gives Sky One all U.K. rights to two new Jerry Bruckheimer projects -- Skin, a high-octane drama about the relationship between a porn king and the local district attorney, and the as-yet-undefined "Untitled Bruckheimer-Stiehm Project." Sky also is taking U.K. rights to the romantic drama Tarzan and Jane and has pay rights to Fearless and the Joely Richardson-starring cosmetic surgery drama Nip/Tuck.

Canadian broadcasters Friday flew home from the Los Angeles Screenings after buying fresh U.S. shows to complete their fall TV schedules. In what many considered a buyer's market with no break-out hits, the Canucks finished their annual spring migration having bought an unusually large number of new sitcoms and crime-solving dramas, as the pendulum shifted this year back to scripted fare. CanWest Global Communications Corp., the largest foreign buyer of U.S. network fare, bought two new Warner Bros. series for Monday nights, the Charlie Sheen starrer Two and a Half Men and the Jerry Bruckheimer executive-produced Skin, as well as NBC Studios' Las Vegas. For Tuesdays, CanWest picked up two comedies, Paramount's JAG spinoff Navy CIS for its CH network and NBC Studios' Happy Family, to be followed by Warner Bros.' hour drama Fearless. For Wednesday night, CanWest snagged David E. Kelley's new drama The Brotherhood of Poland, N.H., the Randy Quaid starrer from Twentieth Century Fox Television that will go up against rival CTV's long-standing hit at 10 p.m., Law & Order.

Canadian broadcasters flew home from the Los Angeles Screenings on Friday after snapping up fresh U.S. shows to complete their fall TV schedules. In what many consider a buyer's market with no break-out hits, the Canucks finished their annual spring migration having bought an unusually large number of new sitcoms and crime-solving dramas, as the pendulum shifted this year back to scripted fare. Two new dramas and four new comedies will make their way to the WB Network's fall 2003 primetime schedule, which will see scheduling changes on five of the network's six nights of programming. Only the Monday drama combo of 7th Heaven and Everwood were untouched in the WB's overhaul, set to be unveiled to advertising buyers today in New York. The WB kept its pickups all in the family with five new scripted series coming from Warner Bros. TV -- the dramas Tarzan & Jane and Fearless and the comedies All About the Andersons, Run of the House and Like Family -- while the unscripted variety show Steve Harvey's Big Time hails from Warner Bros.-owned Telepictures Prods. The WB also is sticking with its Sunday block of drama repeats from 5-7 p.m. in an effort to amortize its programming costs. Last season, the pre-primetime rerun block launched with encores of Smallville and Everwood, but with Smallville reruns now headed to 7 p.m. Sunday (as the WB has done in recent seasons with 7th Heaven and Gilmore Girls), the new drama Fearless will join Everwood in the 5-7 p.m. Sunday block.
