Anna Kournikova is a tennis star first, she says, in this movie about her calendar shoots of 2002 and 2003. But, there is very little about tennis in the movie. No, that's because Anna is also a pin-up gal of mega proportions and well deserved, as this film will attest. Most of the footage here is Anna conversing with photographers and staff as they prepare for and shoot the pictures that will be part of her calendars. The theme of the 2002 shoot was show-me-a-lot-of Anna, as she is pictured in a variety of skimpy outfits in a nice Mexico setting. The 2003 shoot promised to be more subdued. Whatever. Anna is lovely, lovely, lovely, whether she is holding a guitar and looking like a peasant girl or dolled up and conversing with a mariachi band. If you are seeking information on Anna herself, don't watch this. Her parents make a brief appearance and she talks briefly about their support. But, mostly, this is a video designed for those who have or will purchase her calendar and who dream about her during their slumbers. These folks should be supremely happy indeed.
