Just a comedy

This is about the talk show leader and great womanizer, who has great difficulties in saying no to anything. Then his old classmate turns up with a refused novel script and ask the talk show leader to have it published in his own name (that is much more easy for a celebrity)he doesn't say no, although he certainly should have done so. Then everything goes wrong. Totally wrong.

This is just a comedy among many. Johan Rheborg is a great talent however and Kristian Luuk (a talk show leader in "real" Swedish life) are doing surprisingly well. Alexandra Rapaport, who nowadays appears in nearly all Swedish movies, is expressive as always and makes a character which is to be believed, not overstressing anything.

Anyway, this is just a comedy and nothing more

The original movie posters prominently featured the Manhattan skyline with the World Trade Center towers. Ten days before the premiere, the towers were destroyed in the terrorist attacks on the USA of 11 September 2001 and the posters were rapidly edited. The title of the film means "TV Celebrity".
