Stop It, You're Killing Me

If you're into horror, you'll like this movie. If you're into comedy, you'll like this movie. If you're into horror/comedy, you'll love this movie. Great script and directing, clever costumes and makeup, and good locations. Talent isn't half bad, either. The story works on a higher plane than most of the big budgets being released. This movie is a testament to independents. It is amazing what can be done on a smaller budget. The bitch is played as though it comes naturally. That's either real talent, or good type casting. The zombie does a great job, and his makeup and costume add to the believability of his delivery. Enjoyable story, too. The crew did a nice job of editing this together, too. I have a feeling they had fun with this one. The old man actually looks and acts like he is over 100. If there's a downside, the lighting could have been a bit better of a couple of shots, but that is minor to the overall presentation. Nice job, Haxan, Yakkel, Kayl, and others. Hope to see more from you. If this is any indication of Yakkel's writing ability, he'll continue to do well. This story has some good lines and quirks.
