It begins as story to build a new bridge in a remote hamlet in kerala.The president of panchayat( local self government)wants the new bridge to be built,so that the contract can go to to his Son-in-Law to be.The opposition party objects as there is corruption involved in this and they require their rightful share. Finally they bomb the old bridge rendering it useless and start building a new one with government allocated funds bribing bureaucrats etc...
