Labeled by the critics as Pornochanchada it was a specific Brazilian genre mixing comic-soft-porn offering, such thing starts on late sixties and all along the seventies took millions at theatres on a huge box-office, it was a kind of low-profile productions, therefore "Ainda Agarro Esta Vizinha made in 1974 belonged this successful genre, starred by Cecil Thiré and the gorgeous Adrianna Pietro and supported by a fabulous casting under Pedro Carlos Rovai direction produced by Sincro Filmes.

The main plot sets in a vertical lousy condominium at Copacabana in Rio de Janeiro where living countless stereotypical characters, focused in the womanizer-swindler Tatá (Cecil Thiré) who used to rent your tiny apartment for their friend making sex, meanwhile their odd neighbors as the next-door prostitute, upstairs he has to withstand a noise rock band, a gorgeous sexy girl hearing a louder songs at radio, allied with children playing football on narrows hallways, anyway a true pandemonium.

However everything gonna changes when an eye-candy girl Teresa (Adrianna Pietro) moving there escorted by her older surrogate parent Olga (Lola Brah) aiming for gets a wealthy sponsor for her still virgin niece, a kind of immoral earning implied by greedy Olga, at once Tatá enchants by such heavenly beauty, nonetheless the pushy Olga denied any romance interest due Tatá is a twirp guy, then come up another chaos on the noisy "Hospice".

Considering that this sexploitation comedy of manners about a scoundrel dweller of a low middle class apartment in Copacabana, which developped into a romantic comedy, is a chaotic sequence of jokes about sexual harassment, homossexuality and burps, it could have been much worse. Much of the neighborhood issues and window snooping in a decaying building are not enough to make this film a Rear Window, Medianeras or Edifício Master, but saves it from disaster. The inintended funniest moment is when Cécil Thiré's character Tatá says: "It will be possible to stay in the party only until two o'clock; at four a bald man will come." (I never saw Cécil Thiré with so much hair before; he developped a long career as a bald bearded actor).
