"Look How Peaceful They Are!"...

Unlike most of the output from Director David A. Prior, LOCK 'N' LOAD has an interesting story line to accentuate the gunfire and explosions.

Jack Vogel stars as Paul McMillan, who is trying to figure out why members of his old army unit are committing crimes and then killing themselves. Joined by Claire (Renee Cline), the widow of one of the men, Paul attempts to solve this terrible mystery before he has to cross another of his buddies off his list.

Prior did pretty well with the -obviously- limited resources at his disposal. The acting can be spotty, but the principals manage to be convincing enough. This could well be Prior's best film!...
