Satin Dolls

"Satin Dolls" (a/k/a "Supermodels Do L. A.") is a lightweight, rather silly story about models, wasting an attractive cast on cliches. The XXX footage is perfunctory.

Main story has ex-model Cyndee Summers (a major star in the early years of porn, nice to see here in action over a decade later) promoting young model Bunny Blue to a big-shot agency head Jerry Bulter. He knew her when he was a kid and she worked for his dad, but now he's running things and promises her he'll help Bunny. In return he gets to hump Cyndee, who he had a crush on way back when.

The rest of the feature is filler, mostly about a pair of models who know Bunny. They are Jessica Longe and Debra Lynn, who are lesbian lovers and get to meet their music idol Billy Dee, who is casting his new music video. They seduce him in hopes of getting into the video, and Dee, portraying "Larry Love", makes fun of himself, the script (which he does not adhere to) and the entire show. His stepping out of character is supposed to be funny (they left in all his nonsense) but I found it embarrassing.

Also thrown into the show are Gina Carrera as another model magnate, humping her sexy assistant Francois Papillon.
