Jesus himself has returned to earth, to save the sinners. He has brought a list of people who is to be recruited for this new revolution. However, the first on his list, is not easily convinced of his divine nature...
This film is not only intelligent, it is also written with lots of wit and thoughtfulness. It shows a society which is in fact blinded by its technological superiority.
Anders Thomas Jensen truly turns everything he touches into gold. If you don´t believe me, watch "Dogme 1 - Festen" (UK/US title: "The Celebration")

It is a great Short Movie. Yesterday I saw this movie with my classmates in Religion. I was really shoked when it Ends. The Man told Jesus the reality about the Earth - 'Nobodody believs in God'. The film is shocking but very, very good!
Ernst & Lyset a quite ridiculous picture of Jesus' second coming. Jesus seems confused and not able to convince Ernst that he's actually the "Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory" (Mt 24:30.
At one point Søren Østergaard (Jesus) actually say: "I am risen", which was something Jesus did almost 2000 years ago.
The whole idea about Jesus coming back to earth gathering disciples and saving the sinners is misunderstood. I assume the plot was to follow the common understanding about Jesus second coming based on the bible, as I don't get the impression that the flaws are intentional.
5/10
