Again Serge Leroy is on the Costa Gavras' grounds

As he did in this previous film for the big screen: CONTRAINTE PAR CORPS, director Serge Leroy evokes a plot not so far from Yves Boisset and Costa Gavras's cinema. A scheme where it denounces a totalitarian regime. And again, Leroy tells this story thru the eyes of a young woman. Anyway, Serge Leroy has always - at least for most of his films - evoked social issues of the modern world. So, this one is absolutely in the line of his filmography. Bruno Cremer should have been hired by Serge Leroy far before this film. Here, he steals the movie. Without him, the message would not have been so powerful.
