Avis à la une
The show starts out with a couple of fairly standard tropes ... the spy who passes on information just before he's killed, then the spy who passes that information on to a civilian. After that, the story goes its own way, with a wayward message ... accidentally discovered ... that only a housewife might understand. Then you have another standard spy trope ... an odd way of passing on coded information. Forget that the method makes no sense compared to other possible methods, the show is good run and worth the watch.

- AnecdotesLee Stetson/Scarecrow (Bruce Boxleitner) gives Mrs. King (Kate Jackson) his phone number on a business card as 202-547-9986, a rare case where the extension is not 555 for a film/tv series.

Lee: Amanda... I happen to like being alone. You'll notice I don't even work with a partner.
Amanda: No, I hadn't noticed, but that's probably because we were too busy working together.
Lee: No, no, no, no. No, no, no, you were not a partner, you were an emergency. A partner's a guy who laughs at your jokes, he loans you his socks, and one day he takes a bullet through the head for you.
