Adam David certainly has The Voice, but hockey fans think he “pucked” up the national anthem at a Stanley Cup playoff game on Saturday, May 24. Fresh off his Voice Season 27 win this week, David performed “The Star Spangled-Banner” before the Florida Panthers defeated the Carolina Hurricanes 6–2 in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Final at Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, Florida, on Saturday. But between his slow tempo and his garbled vocals — he either forgot or didn’t enunciate the “twilight’s last gleaming” lyric — David didn’t exactly have spectators proudly hailing his performance. “What the f*** is this national anthem for Carolina-Florida?” X user @evanrwilliams asked. “I’ve heard some bad renditions of the national anthem, but this ranks right up there,” said @SEVHistory. “The guy who sang the national anthem was so f***ing bad,” wrote @kyntvyxsinstan. “Did he even know the words?” Of David’s dawdling take on the song,...

With its catchy title and plentiful doses of both effects as well as T&a, Dinosaur Valley Girls became a staple of both video rental stores and late-night cable programming. Which makes it all the more puzzling that it has only now arrived on Blu-ray.
Tony Markham is an action hero whose career is on the decline in part due to his chain smoking which makes it hard for him to get through his more physical scenes. While touring a museum run by Dr. Benjamin Michaels he finds an amulet that sends him back in time where he encounters dinosaurs and hostile cavemen led by Beeg-Mak who steal his medallion before being rescued by Hea-Thor, the leader of a tribe of horny cavewomen, the dinosaur valley girls of the title.

In anticipation of The 100 season 6, we picked nine essential episodes from the post-apocalyptic's drama run so far.
Warning: This The 100 article contains Major spoilers for the show so far.
The 100 is not only about to launch Season 6, the post-apocalyptic drama just passed the fifth anniversary of its premiere. Before we turn our attention to the upcoming season and beyond, let's take a moment to talk about all that this show has accomplished so far...
The 100 debuted on The CW on March 19th, 2014, forever changing our associations with Imagine Dragon's "Radioactive," and heralding in a fresh, new frontrunner in millennial-targetted programming. While some like to characterize The 100 first season as a slow-burn, a story that eventually got grittier or more serious as it went on, the truth is this was a show that knew what it was from the very beginning. Some of its best episodes...

Lately, fans of The 100 have been frustrated with the series for very valid reasons.
After years of teasing and build-up between the leads of the show, the Season 5 finale did little to progress their relationship in the direction the audience was led to believe it had always been heading.
Related: The 100: 39 Softest Bellamy and Clarke Moments
With Bellamy still dating Echo and the spirit of Clarke's former love now in her child, things are a little weird, to say the least.
In contrast to things said in the past, Bellamy and Clarke have now been dubbed the title "non-romantic soulmates." And if we're being honest, that literally makes no sense at all.

Not only is this different than what the writers had originally said about the pairing, but it's completely different than what we have witnessed on the show itself.

If it hadn't been for the latter half, Supergirl Season 4 Episode 6, would have been a complete waste.
However, Alex made a few Harry Potter references, and Supergirl fought a dragon, so all was not wasted.
It's pretty evident that Supergirl Season 4 is moving at a glacial pace and steering towards one goal: the civil war with the aliens.
Alex can sit there and tell us this is a "fight like no other" over and over again, but sadly, it doesn't feel like the most dangerous or most exciting fight these heroes have ever fought.
Given the series low ratings, it seems the viewers agree.
It wasn't until Thanksgiving dinner at Kara's place that the episode finally found its groove and the manifesto began making some sense.

The quintessential shot in Robert Aldrich’s filmography is that of a close-up, held for a smidgen longer than the normal length one would think appropriate for such a shot. The face the camera is focusing on is usually a signifier of the most central element in Aldrich’s films: tension. Whether it’s melodrama (Autumn Leaves, Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?), war pictures (Too Late the Hero, Attack!), or Westerns, both sober and jocular (Ulzana’s Raid and 4 For Texas, respectively), ideological and external forces wrestle within the psyche that defines Aldrich’s cinema. Metrograph's all-35mm retrospective in New York offers us the opportunity to survey the oeuvre of the auteur who hammered out his cinematic legacy with the vigor of an undoubtedly indignant and irreverent artist. Too Late the Hero (1970)Consistency across genre and modes of filmmaking marks Aldrich as one of the last great studio auteurs,...

The 100 comes back to Earth this week, which is a bit disappointing, really. Here's Caroline's review
This review contains spoilers.
1.6 His Sister's Keeper
Last week’s harrowing instalment of The 100 was the best the show has ever been, so the follow-up was always going to be a slight let down. The fact that this episode, His Sister’s Keeper, was completely focused on the hundred and their relationships both helped and hindered the hour in that, while the move away from the Ark allowed last week’s events to fester a little, awkward courtships and jealous girlfriends feel like small fry when compared with 300 people volunteering for death. It’s possible that even the teens realised this, however, when the mass funeral for the fallen was witnessed from the ground.
As the episode title suggests, the bulk of His Sister’s Keeper was focused on Bellamy and Octavia,...

The body count is quickly mounting up in The 100. Here's Caroline's review of the latest episode...
This review contains spoilers.
1.5 Twilight's Last Gleaming
The prospect of 300 residents of the Ark being ‘floated’ so that there’s more oxygen for the remaining population to breathe was always a dark notion but, on what we all perceived as a typical, though ambitious, teen drama on the CW, the notion that this plan would actually transpire seemed ridiculous. Kids killing kids is something that has become somewhat worryingly okay fare for young audiences, so long as there’s some commentary on human nature in there to support it, but the floating of 300 volunteers this week was more troubling than anything I could have imagined The 100 would do in its run.
We’re not even half way through the season yet, and the body count is ticking up at an alarming pace.
