During the first transplant, while it's made clear that only two people are involved in the operation, a third pair of hands is seen constantly holding an oxygen mask to the patient's face.

When the first victim is attacked in the shower, and thrown on the bed. Her feet are shown to be very dirty. As she was carried into the bedroom from the shower, her feet should have been very clean.
