Two Little Brats

Scoutmaster Jerry is given the assignment of taking two orphans from the "Bide-a-wee- Mouse Home" on a hiking trip. Boy these orphans are brats.

Poor Tom is the innocent victim, as he tends to be on occasion. He's just lying under a tree taking a snooze when these little wise-guys take potshots him. Jerry isn't pleased with that, either, trying to stop them, but no avail. Soon, the chase is on with Tom going against all the mice. He captures Jerry but the little orphans come to his rescue with some inventive, humorous methods.

Another fun episode.

Anecdotes
The first Tom & Jerry cartoon of the classic Hanna and Barbera era where Tom did not have the bright blue bit between his eyes.

Gaffes
When Tom is inside the garage 2 windows are shown, one on the side of the garage and one in the front of the garage. However when the garage collapses the front window is now gone.

Crédits fous
After Tom raises a white flag, surrendering to Jerry & the two Indian mice, all four smoke a peace pipe, Jerry & the two mice "puff" the pipe correctly. When it is Tom' turn, the smoke apparently went down the wrong side of his esophagus. When Tom tries to puff & no smoke comes out of his mouth, he accidentally swallowed the smoke. Three seconds later, three puffs come out of his left ear & three come out of his right eat (at the very same time) apparently to spell out THE END.
