Just a Fragment

I can only say that the brief clip looked promising. It has a solid dark contrast and some excellent movement. The overall look at the figure skating with movement all around the principle character is quite stunning. But I can only evaluate the fragment because of the loss of the entire film.

This cartoon, which features the first Disney character, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, is to be screened for the first time in 87 years. A restored print will have its world premiere at the BFI in London in December 2015.
