The Last White Man

I watched this with all my friends out of morbid curiosity about what a movie called "The Last White Man" would be about. And it was captivating, and it was never predictable to us.

The acting was excellent and believable from every actor. We never felt that it was forced. The ending was also pretty crazy, didn't feel too corny, felt like the movie earned it.

The VFX was rough in some parts, like computer screen replacements, but that's excusable.

I can see why some people dislike it; it raises some hot topics. But we were expecting a bad movie of some sort, and we are all in agreement that this was the most interesting and real feeling film we've seen all year.

Never talks about personal responsibility or the manipulation from the media and politicians just plays into stereotypes of whites. What a double standard. EZ race baiting.

This afternoon, me and my accomplices have been scrolling around for "so bad its good" movies when we stumbled upon this masterpiece of a film. Our protagonist is a flaw, and raw blight from the alt right pipeline that boils over throughout the course of this film. The political subjects show how touchy subjects can forge a gap between us. Or how deep seated racism can effect out relationships with other races. Lest us forget the reality of the protagonist fractured mental state, as it effects his story, as it must have effected his entire life, leading up until the end. I want to see more from this director, writer, and all of the actors involved, as it has reignited my passion for deep, critical movies.

As a white man, seeing a movie titled "The Last White Man", definitely had me "intrigued" for lack of a better term. Well, first things first, i'm not somebody who gets offended, about anything. I went into this with an open mind hoping to be entertained. It had its moments. Overall as a film, it lacks in certain areas. I was awake at 3:30 a.m an threw it on. Wasnt the worst movie i ever watch. If you are someone whose easily offended, id say skip this one and avoid the annoyance. No need the trigger yourself.
